Claims (7)

1. Scharnier ohne feste Gelenkachse mit einem Gurt (1) als Verbindungsmittel zwischen den auf den zu verbindenden Elementen zu befestigenden Teilen, der zwei zylindrische Ränder (2-2a) aufweist, von denen jeder zum Zusammenarbeiten mit mindestens einer Nut (5a, 5b, 5c oder 5d) vorgesehen ist, die in mindestens einem Teil (4a, 4b, 4c oder 4d) eines eine Backe bildenden und mit jedem der zu verbindenden Elemente (A-B) fest verbundenen Doppelstückes angeordnet ist, wobei ein mittleres Band dieses Gurtes mit minimaler Breite (b) vorgesehen ist, um die freie Drehung dieser Elemente zueinander zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer dieser Teile (4a oder 4c) ein abgebogenes Organ (6) aufweist, das vorgesehen ist, um auf das mittlere Band (b) mit der Breite zu wirken und eine Faltzone zu schaffen, die eine fiktive Rotationsachse verwirklicht, die sich mit der Längssymmetrieachse der Einheit (X-Y) trifft.
2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Teile (4a-4c) sein abgebogenes Organ (6) aufweist, wobei die zusammengesetzte Einheit eine abwechselnde Anordnung dieser Organe aufweist.
3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Teile (4a-4b oder 4c-4d) des eine Backe bildenden Doppelstückes zu dem genannten Scharnier selbst gehören und abnehmbar sind.
4. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil (4a und/ oder 4c) der eine Backe bildenden Einheit ein abnehmbarer Bestandteil ist, während der andere Teil (4b und/oder 4d) zu dem zu verbindenden Element (A und/oder B) gehört, auf dem das genannte Scharnierelement befestigt ist.
5. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gurt aus einem biegsamen und/oder elastischen Material besteht, das unter den Materialien des Typs Leder, Lederimitation, gewebter oder ungewebter Textilien aus Natur- oder Kunstfasern, die ganz oder teilweise elastisch sein können, oder ähnlichen Materialien ausgewählt wird.
6. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrischen Ränder aus kleinen kompakten Wulsten aus dem gleichen Material wie das des Gurtes oder aus davon verschiedenem Material gebildet sind, welche Wulste auf jeden Fall steifer als der Gurt selbst sind.
7. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrischen Ränder rohrförmig, aus dem gleichen Material wie der Gurt oder aus davon verschiedenem Material, sind, wobei das Innere jedes Rohres von einer Stange (3-3a) aus einem beliebigen steifen Material, wie einer Metallstange, Natur-oder Synthetikrohr und dgl., ausgefüllt ist.
