Claims (6)

1. Procédé de fabrication de tôles soudables à grain fin pour grands tubes en acier micro-allié de la composition suivante:

le reste étant constitué par du fer et les additions habituelles, y compris éventuellement du calcium, la teneur en titane étant réglée approximativement à 3,5 à 4 fois la teneur effective en azote, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les phases suivantes: échauffement des brames de coulée continue à une température comprise entre 1120 et 1160°C, ce qui permet aux précipitations de nitrure de titane d'atteindre une taille de 0,2 à 0,06 µm, dégrossissage des brames de coulée continue à partir de cette température avec un taux de déformation d'au moins 55%, laminage thermomécanique après un refroidissement intermédiaire avec un taux de déformation d'au moins 60% à une température maximale de 850°C et finissage au laminoir dans la plage de température de 750 à 650°C.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'acier produit présente une teneur en titane de plus de 0,025%.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'acier produit présente une teneur en titane de plus de 0,03%.
4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le laminage thermomécanique est effectué à une température comprise entre 820 et 790°C.
5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la passe finale de laminage est effectuée à une température comprise entre 700 et 680°C.
6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que, consécutivement à la passe finale de laminage, la tôle pour grands tubes est refroidie par eau et à une vitesse de plus de 15°C par seconde jusqu'à une température entre 550 et 500°C en moyenne et qu'ensuite elle est refroidie à l'air jusqu'à la température ambiante.
