These rollers 30 are supported on adjustable brackets 31 which project inwardly from the U-shaped locating hoop 28 and outwardly- from the end of a finger walkway 18. With this arrangement each, or alternate floating modules may be restrained for vertical movement along the piles 27.

As a result wave action does not crash against the pontoons and splash, up onto the deck.. The waves are dissapated as they pass over the round upper surface of the floats 13 without any splashing or impact loading on the marina structure.
