Claims (8)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément profilé en un métal susceptible d'être étiré ou en tôle, avec une surface rendue rugueuse ou partiellement perforée, destiné à être utilisé comme coffrage perdu dans le bétonnage d'un ouvrage en béton armé effectué en deux étapes, caractérisé en ce qu'une bande de matière plate (2) est tout d'abord découpée de manière à former dans une zone marginale située le long d'un de ses bords, des amorces d'ouvertures (12) destinées à être traversées par des fers d'armage (13), puis la bande (2) est cisaillée transversalement en segments (11, 11') de la longueur désirée et les segments (11, 11') sont profilés de manière à former des zones longitudinales (14) profilées, parallèles les unes aux autres sur toute la longueur de chaque segment, et finalement chaque segment (11, 11') ainsi profilé est pourvu d'une bordure (15) de protection contre la rouille sur l'un de ses bords longitudinalement.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dite bande de matière plate (2) est en tôle d'acier et en ce que durant l'opération de profilage elle est également pourvue de bossages (23) de manière à rendre sa surface rugueuse et partiellement perforée.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les amorces d'ouvertures (12) sont formées chacune par trois fentes se croisant en étoile, ces fentes étant disposées en quinconce, sur au moins deux rangées parallèles avec des espacements minimums de 5 cm.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les amorces d'ouvertures (12) sont formées chacune par une fente en zig-zag, ces fentes étant orientées dans différentes directions.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les dites zones profilées (14) sont réalisées sous forme d'ondulations ou de redans par emboutissage entre rouleaux.
6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bordure de protection contre la rouille (15) est déposée sur l'un des bords longitudinaux de chaque segment profilé par immersion de ce dernier dans une solution de matière plastique.
7. Installation pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant un dévidoir (1) pour la bande de matériau, caractérisé par un train de rouleaux (4) destinés à conduire la bande (2) qui se déroule du dévidoir (1), ou les segments (11, 11') cisaillés dans la bande, un dispositif (5) de découpage des amorces d'ouverture (12) associé au train de rouleaux (4) et une cisaille (6) de séparation des segments, ainsi qu'une machine de profilage (7) comprenant des rouleaux d'emboutissage, cette machine étant adjacente au train de rouleaux.
8. Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que dans la machine d'emboutissage (7) vue dans le sens du déroulement au moins les deux premiers rouleaux d'emboutissage (9) pressés l'un contre l'autre sont pourvus de nervures (16) et de saillies (17) engagées les unes dans les autres.
