Description

The invention relates to a method for producing a profile element made of expanded metal or sheet metal with a roughened or partially permeable surface, which is used as lost formwork for two stages of a reinforced concrete structure to be concreted, and a system for carrying out the method with an uncoiler of the material band.

The use of at least one profile element comprising holes made of expanded metal or sheet metal with a roughened or partially permeable surface for carrying out reinforcing bars as lost formwork for two stages of a reinforced concrete structure to be concreted is known from published European patent application No. 0039661. Such profile elements are usually produced from an expanded metal strip having a certain length in such a way that the strip is profiled in a press, the holes being punched beforehand in the still flat strips.

Profiling the profile elements in a press is, however, quite expensive and time-consuming. The punched holes must have a diameter which approximately corresponds to the diameter of the reinforcing bars to be carried out through them, otherwise the liquid concrete of the first concrete stage can penetrate through holes which are too large. The profile element described in the above-mentioned European patent application is placed loosely on a wooden insert which extends over the entire length of the profile element on the formwork. However, this requires additional work on the construction site.

The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the object of proposing a method for producing a profile element made of expanded metal or sheet metal with a roughened or partially permeable surface, which is carried out much more efficiently and quickly than the previously known production methods. The profile element should be able to be used as lost formwork immediately on site without additional refurbishment. The reinforcement bars should be able to be carried out at the desired distances from one another and at the desired heights as required by the profile element, the penetration of the concrete of the first concrete stage through the holes of the profile element being avoided. The height of the formwork should be finely adjustable as required.

These objects are achieved in a method according to the preamble of claim 1 by first punching a flat strip of material in a single pass in order to form blind holes at least in one of its longitudinal edge regions, which are to be penetrated by reinforcing bars, after which the strip is cut to sections of the desired length is sheared transversely and the sections are profiled, several longitudinal profiles running parallel to one another being formed over the entire length of each section, and finally each section profiled in this way is provided with an anti-rust strip on one of its longitudinal edges.

The system according to the invention for carrying out the method is characterized by a roller line for guiding the strip unwound from the reel or the sections sheared off the strip, a punching device for the blind holes provided on the roller line, and a length cutting shear, as well as a connecting piece following the roller line Existing roll forming machine.

The flat material strip can advantageously be sheet steel, which is provided with knobs during the profiling process in order to make its surface rough and partially permeable. For this purpose, at least the two opposing first pressure rollers of the profiling machine, as seen in the direction of development, are provided with interlocking depressions and elevations.

Die Dicke des Streckmetalls oder Bleches beträgt mit Vorteil 0,6 - 1,5 mm.To interrupt large areas Reinforced concrete structure, such as the floor or ceiling of a garage, formwork made of profile elements are used for two concreting stages, which are shown in FIGS. 1 and 4. Such profile elements consist of expanded metal or sheet metal with a roughened or partially permeable surface in order to achieve a good connection between the two concreting stages. The thickness of the expanded metal or sheet is advantageously 0.6-1.5 mm.

The profile elements are produced in a single pass in the system according to FIG. 7. The flat material strip 2 consisting of expanded metal or sheet metal, which is wound on an uncoiler 1, is unwound by the motor and monitored by means of a loop control 3. The unwound material strip 2 is then conveyed on by a roller mill 4. The roller mill 4 consists, as usual, of driven and driven rollers, each lying in pairs against each other. The material strip 2 runs between the drive and drive rollers up to the punching device 5. In the punching device 5, four blind holes 12 are punched simultaneously in the longitudinal edge region (s) of the material strip 2. The punching units can be set to the respective width and the hole spacing from 100 to 300 mm.

The blind holes 12 are z. B. formed by at least three intersecting cuts (see Fig. 2). The three intersecting cuts are punched in at least two parallel rows, offset from one another. The minimum distances between the cutting groups forming the blind holes 12 are 5 cm. The blind holes 12 can, however, also be formed by a zigzag-shaped cut which lies in different directions (see FIG. 5). Other embodiments of the blind holes are also conceivable.

After punching, the material strip 2 is fed to a cutting shear 6. Here the material strip 2 is sheared transversely to sections 11, 11 'of the desired length. The length of the sections can be set on a digital measuring system from 800 to 2500 mm. The material strip 2 is briefly stopped for the punching and shearing process.

After shearing, the sections 11, 11 are fed to the profiling machine 7 at a higher speed (approx. 8 m / min). The first three pairs of the pressure rollers 9 lying against one another (see FIG. 6) are provided with depressions 16 and elevations 17 which engage in one another. The sheet metal sections 11, 11 'running between these pressure rollers 9 are provided with knobs by means of these pressure rollers 9 in order to make their surfaces rough and partially permeable to the plastic concrete (see FIG. 8). Longitudinal profiles 14 are gradually formed by the further pressure rollers 8 of the profiling machine 7 lying opposite one another. The longitudinal profiles 14 can have the shape of longitudinal teeth or longitudinal waves which extend over the entire length of each section 11, 11 '. If the material strip 2 consists of expanded metal, the first pressure rollers 9 are switched off. With 10 discharge rollers of the system are designated.

The operating speed of the plant, i.e. that is, the amount of profile elements effectively produced depends on the length of the sections 11, 11 'and on the spacing of the blind holes 12 from one another. With a section length of 830 mm and a hole spacing of 100 mm, the working speed is approx. 2.5 m / min. With a 2500 mm section length and 300 mm hole spacing, the speed is approx. 4 m / min.

The profile elements can be produced in two embodiments, namely an embodiment according to FIG. 1 with two identical longitudinal edges 11 and areas connected to them with blind holes 12 or an embodiment according to FIG. 4 which has only one longitudinal edge 11 a with a subsequent longitudinal edge area with blind holes 12, which longitudinal region is provided with a stiffening rib 22. The other longitudinal edge of this embodiment is formed by a longitudinal prong or a longitudinal shaft 14.

One longitudinal edge 11 of each profile element is provided with a rust protection strip 15. This rust protection strip 15 is preferably made of plastic. It can be applied to the longitudinal edge 11 a by immersing it in a plastic solution or it can be pushed onto the longitudinal edge in the manufacturing plant as a finished rail.

The profile element (section 11, 11 '), which is used as lost formwork for two stages of a reinforced concrete structure to be concreted, is placed on a formwork 20 which is usually made of wood and on one side, where the second stage is concreted, supported by several wooden wedges 18. The wooden wedges 18 are held on the profile element and on the formwork 20 by means of fastening means 19. Then the reinforcement bars 13 are pushed through the chosen blind holes 12 at the desired distances and heights. After concreting the first stage 21 (see FIG. 1), the wooden wedges 18 are removed from the profile element or elements and can be used further. After the concrete of the first stage 21 has hardened, the second stage of the structure is concreted. After the second stage has been concreted, the profile element or elements are not removed; thus a lost formwork is created. The profiled end face of the first stage ensures that the second stage is perfectly interlocked with the first.

The of the first pressure rollers 9 of the Profiling machine 7 in the steel sheet embossed knobs 23 protrude alternately on one and the other side of section 11, 11 '. Slit-like openings 24 in the steel sheet formed laterally on the protruding knobs 23 can partially penetrate the plastic concrete and hold onto the knobs 23 on both sides. A perfect interlocking of the two concreted stages 21, 25 of the reinforced concrete structure is thus achieved (see FIGS. 8 and 9).

The profile elements can be placed one on top of the other and next to one another without mutual connection, and they are only held on the wooden wedges 18 by means of fastening means 19. In the embodiment of the profile elements according to FIG. 4, two profile elements are placed on top of one another in such a way that their longitudinal profiles 14 collapse. The height of the formwork can thus be gradually and finely changed and adjusted over a fairly large area. The diameter of the blind holes 12 is advantageously 22 mm. With this diameter, reinforcement bars with a diameter of 6 - 30 mm can be used.

The reinforcing bars, the diameter of which is larger than that of the blind hole 12, can also be pierced through the holes by partially tearing open the hole wall.

The profile elements produced in the method described above and in the system described above are much more practical on the construction site than the known profile elements because they do not require any further processing. The price of such profile elements is also considerably cheaper than that of the known profile elements because the manufacturing costs are greatly reduced.
