Claims (5)

1. Matériau d'enregistrement électrophotogra- phique constitué d'un support de couche électro- conducteur, approprié pour la production de formes d'imprimerie ou de circuits imprimés, et d'une couche isolante photoconductrice, caractérisé en ce que la couche isolante photoconductrice contient comme colorant à l'état dispersé:
l'anhydride de l'acide 10-méthoxy-benzoxan- thène-3,4-dicarboxylique,
l'anhydride de l'acide 1,6-dinitro-benzo- thioxanthène-3,4-dicarboxylique,
le N-(3'-nitrophényl)-imide de l'acide benzoxan- thène-3,4-dicarboxylique,
la benzothioxanthène-3,4-dicarboxy-imido-(N,N'- mononitrophényl-1,2-ène)-3-imidine ou
la benzothioxanthène-3,4-dicarboxy-imido-(N,N'- naphthyl-1,8-ène)-3-imidine.
2. Matériau d'enregistrement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le colorant est présent en une quantité de 1 à 10% en poids, par rapport à la partie solide de la couche isolante photoconductrice.
3. Matériau d'enregistrement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le colorant est présent en des grosseurs de grains de 0,01 à 1 µm dans la couche isolante photoconductrice.
4. Matériau d'enregistrement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche isolante photoconductrice est une couche de dispersion d'un colorant et d'un liant.
5. Matériau d'enregistrement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la proportion de colorant dans la couche de dispersion atteint jusqu'à 50% en poids par rapport à la substance solide.
