Le brevet JANDEC N° 80 13771 publié sous le N° 2 484 964 décrit une citerne pour le stockage des fluides comprenant une poche souple étanche disposée à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe rigide formant la citerne et accrochée au voisinage de la partie supérieure de ladite enveloppe. Des moyens de relevage de la poche souple permettent de libérer au moins partiellement le volume intérieur de l'enveloppe rigide pour l'utilisation de cette dernière, des moyens étanches de raccordement à ladite poche souple pour le remplissage direct et le vidage de cette dernière et desmoyens obturables d'accès audits moyens de raccordement à travers ladite enveloppe rigide. Ce brevet JANDEC décrit un moyen de relevage de la poche souple qui fait office de réservoir secondaire. Le moyen de relevage consiste en un jeu de câbles et de poulies.
