Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Querschneiden von Schlauchbahnen aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff bei der Herstellung von Beuteln und zum Stapeln der Beutel, mit einem die Schlauchbahn taktweise um eine Bahnabschnittlänge vorziehenden Vorzugsrollenpaar, einem parallel zu einer Querschweiss-einrichtung angeordneten, beheizten Querschneidmesser mit Gegendruckleiste und mit einer sich auf den oder die getrennten Beutel absenkenden Druckleiste.The invention relates to a device for cross-cutting tubular webs of thermoplastic material in the production of bags and for stacking the bags, with a pair of preferred rollers which cyclically advance the tubular web by a length of a web section, a heated cross-cutting knife with counter-pressure bar and arranged parallel to a cross-welding device pressure bar lowering onto the separate bag or bags.
Bei beispielsweise aus den DE-A-2 254 448 und DE-A-2 940399 sowie der DE-B-1 930 841 bekannten Vorrichtungen dieser Art wird das vordere Ende einer Schlauchbahn durch einen von beidseits von dieser angeordneten Blasluftdüsen erzeugten Blasluftstrom gestreckt vorgetragen und durch Absenken einer Querschweissleiste und eines Querschneidmessers wird der jeweils einen Beutel bildende vordere Bahnabschnitt abgetrennt und neben dem Trennschnitt an dem vorderen Ende der Bahn eine Querschweissnaht angebracht, die die Bodennaht des bei dem folgenden Takt abgetrennten Beutels bildet. Da die Querschneidmesser durch ihre Nähe zu der beheizten Schweissleiste ebenfalls beheizt sind, kann es bei einem Schneiden von mehrlagigen Folien, beispielsweise einer Schlauchbahn, zu einem Verblocken der Folienbahnen an der Schnittfläche kommen, was insbesondere unerwünscht ist, wenn durch den Schnitt die Öffnungsränder eines Beutels gebildet werden sollen. Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass parallel zueinander zwei auf den oder die getrennten Abschnitte absenkbare und hebbare Druckleisten vorgesehen sind, von denen die in Vorschubrichtung vordere das zwischen dem Schneidmesser und der Gegendruckleiste vorgetragene Bahnende gegen eine Unterlage in einer tiefer als die Gegendruckleiste liegenden Ebene festklemmt und die zwischen dem Schneidmesser und der vorderen Druckleiste angeordnete Druckleiste die zwischen dem Vorzugsrollenpaar und der vorderen Druckleiste eingeklemmte Bahn spannt, bevor das beheizte Schneidmesser diese durchtrennt, und dass unterhalb der die Bahn spannenden Druckleiste eine Nadelreihe auf einem Träger angeordnet ist, auf die die mit entsprechenden Aussparungen oder Löchern versehene Druckleiste die Abschnittränder nach dem Trennschnitt aufnadelt.
