Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing stacks of sacks, each with bottoms closed at one end by a cross-weld seam, in which the front end of a tubular film web made of thermoplastic plastic and provided at the end with a cross-weld seam moves over the support carrying the stack at a distance of the sack length chlauchfolienbahn separated by a transverse separating cut of the S, and the new end of the tubular film web formed by the cutting edge is closed by a transverse weld seam and in which the following, formed in the same manner by transverse welds and transverse separating cuts bags successively to desired to Stack height are stored and the stored bags are each held on their superimposed open sides, and a device for performing this method.
- this object is achieved in that the individual sacks placed one after the other in a region lying between their ends, starting with the first sack be pulled into interlocking loops with decreasing loop depth from sack to sack.
- stack can be produced in which the uersch spanähten with the Q provided edge portions of the sacks offset imbricated manner one above the other, so that the weld areas not touch each other and can not stick together.
- the offset placement of the bags or sacks in the stack can be maintained if the finished stack is held and transported away in its front region behind the edge regions of the sacks which are offset in a scale-like manner and provided with transverse weld seams.
- the area lying in loops smoothes itself during transport or can be brushed out by rolling or the like.
- the loop formed in the uppermost sack can be pulled so deep in the finished stack that all the loops lie inside one another and also touch one another in their apex region. This deep retraction of the loop of the top sack pulls the protruding front ends of the sacks into the stack.
- the gap is expediently formed by two rollers arranged parallel to one another.

- both the abutment 12 and the needle bar 15 are lowered via a piston-cylinder unit 16.
- the needle bar 15 are two at a distance Assigned rollers one behind the other, of which the roller 18 simultaneously represents a roller of a conveyor belt 19.
- a drawing rod 20 can be moved into the gap formed by the rollers 17 and 18 and is guided at both ends by a piston-cylinder unit.
- the length of the drawing rod is dimensioned such that it exceeds the maximum bag width by so much that both the two piston-cylinder units 21 and two cam disks 22 can attack at their ends.
- the drawing rod 20 is moved from its upper position, not shown, in which it does not hinder the discharge of individual heavy-duty bags, into the lower position shown in the figure, so that a loop is formed.
- the cams rotate clockwise by a certain amount, so that the depth of the loops in the individual heavy-duty sacks becomes smaller as the stack grows. In this way it is achieved that the individual bags or the bottom seams of the individual bags are shingled to one another and therefore cannot stick to one another.
- the clamping jaw 23 is then lowered onto the stack by two piston-cylinder units 24 which engage it laterally, so that the latter is pressed onto the conveyor belt 19.
- the piston-cylinder units 24 are fastened to racks 25 which are guided in rails in a manner not shown and are displaceable via pinions 26.
- the pinions 26 are connected to the drive of the conveyor belt 19 so that the stack can be removed by the conveyor belt 19. In this case, a stack is obtained in which the weld seams are shingled next to each other.
- the drawing rod 20 becomes after the last one has been applied
- the sack of a stack to be formed is moved all the way down. The prerequisite for this is that the highest point of the cam disc 22 is turned out of the area of the drawing rod 20.
- cam disc 22 rotates through 360 ° during the formation of a sack stack.

Abstract
The invention relates to a method and a device for stacking bags produced intermittently by cross-weld seams and cross-cuts from a tubular film web made of thermoplastic material. The bags are placed on top of each other up to the desired stack height and are held on their open sides one above the other. In order to create a method of this type, according to which sacks or bags can be stacked up immediately after they have been produced without fear of the fresh weld seams sticking to one another, the individual sacks which have been placed are placed in an area lying between their ends, starting with the first sack, one after the other in interlocking loops with a decreasing loop depth from sack to sack. In this case, an insertion element can be inserted into a gap under the last sack placed down, the depth of entry of which is reduced after depositing each sack by a distance which corresponds to the length by which it projects at the front end of the sack below.
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing stacks of sacks, each with bottoms closed at one end by a cross-weld seam, in which the front end of a tubular film web made of thermoplastic plastic and provided at the end with a cross-weld seam moves over the support carrying the stack at a distance of the sack length chlauchfolienbahn separated by a transverse separating cut of the S, and the new end of the tubular film web formed by the cutting edge is closed by a transverse weld seam and in which the following, formed in the same manner by transverse welds and transverse separating cuts bags successively to desired to Stack height are stored and the stored bags are each held on their superimposed open sides, and a device for performing this method.
In known methods of this type there is a risk that the bottom weld seams lying one above the other in the stack will stick or block, so that the later separation of the bags or sacks is difficult. In order to prevent the freshly formed weld seams of bags or sacks from sticking to one another when they are placed one behind the other for the purpose of stacking, it is known to remove the individual welded bags or sacks by means of a conveyor belt, the speed of which is such that the individual bags lie at a distance from each other on the conveyor belt. From this first conveyor belt, the bags are then transferred to a second conveyor belt, which rotates at a lower speed, so that a workpiece scale is formed thereon, from which stacks are formed after the weld seams have cooled. This rt A stack formation is again possible only when the bags or sacks are made of a relatively rigid material, and on the other hand hall space must be sufficient for the conveyor belts are available.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a method of the type mentioned at the outset, according to which sacks or bags can be stacked up immediately after they have been produced without fear of the fresh weld seams sticking to one another.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the individual sacks placed one after the other in a region lying between their ends, starting with the first sack be pulled into interlocking loops with decreasing loop depth from sack to sack. According to the inventive method, stack can be produced in which the uerschweißnähten with the Q provided edge portions of the sacks offset imbricated manner one above the other, so that the weld areas not touch each other and can not stick together.
The offset placement of the bags or sacks in the stack can be maintained if the finished stack is held and transported away in its front region behind the edge regions of the sacks which are offset in a scale-like manner and provided with transverse weld seams. The area lying in loops smoothes itself during transport or can be brushed out by rolling or the like.
If, according to the method according to the invention, straight-edged stacks are to be formed, the loop formed in the uppermost sack can be pulled so deep in the finished stack that all the loops lie inside one another and also touch one another in their apex region. This deep retraction of the loop of the top sack pulls the protruding front ends of the sacks into the stack.
An apparatus for carrying out the V invention ER- driving with a preferential pair of rollers for the tubular film web, means for carrying forward of the tubular web end through which the stacking station forming surface or conveyor, .with mutually parallel devices of the tubular film web to the transverse welding and transverse cutting, of which the cross-sealing device is arranged behind the cross-cutting device in the direction of movement of the tubular film web, and with a device for holding the sacks lying on top of one another on the stack being formed in the area of their open edges, it is distinguished according to the invention in that the stacking station has a transverse gap, in the after storage of each sack, an insertion element extending over the sack is retractable, which is provided with a control device which, after the storage of each sack or sack, reduces its entry depth by a distance which corresponds to the length by which it projects at the front end of the sack below it .
The gap is expediently formed by two rollers arranged parallel to one another. The front roller in the feed direction can be formed by the rear deflection drum of a conveyor belt that conveys the stack. The insertion element can consist of a rod, the ends of which are attached to the piston rods by piston-cylinder units arranged vertically to the side of the stack.
In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the lowering path of the rod is limited by cam disks which are arranged laterally next to the stack and can be rotated intermittently by angular increments about a horizontal axis with a spiral cam curve. A rotation of the cam curve corresponds to a stack formation.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing, in the single figure of which a side view of the device for producing stacked sacks is shown.
For the intermittent preference of the tubular plastic film web 1, which can also be provided with side gussets in the case of the production of gusseted bags or bags, a pair of preferred
The tubular film web 1 is passed between the blown air tubes 5 and 6, so that the front end of the tubular web pulled forward by the preferred pair of
With an increasing stack of heavy goods bags, both the abutment 12 and the
After forming a stack, the
If, however, you want to reach a straight stack instead, the
It should also be mentioned that the
