Description

The invention relates to an arc-shaped, multi-part paving stone element for laying an arch paving, delimited by an outer circular arc with the radius Ra and an inner circular arc with the same radius Ri, the centers Ma, Mi of the circular arcs lying on a radial straight line at a distance h from one another .

Although several rows could be easily laid one after the other with this previously known paving arrangement, the result is a picture that deviates from the natural paving, since all the stones of the individual rows are made the same and the arches of the individual rows of stones are always aligned with one another.

The present invention has for its object to provide an arcuate, multi-part paving stone element for laying arch paving of the type mentioned, which also enables laypersons to cleanly lay an arch paving that largely corresponds to the natural paving, whereby the paving its appearance practically does not differ from that of a pavement paved with individual stones, but it is much cheaper to manufacture and lay.

To solve the problem, an arc-shaped, multi-part paving stone element for laying an arch paving is limited by an outer circular arc with the radius Ra and an inner circular arc with the same radius Ri, with the centers Ma, Mi of the circular arches on a radial straight line at a distance h lie from each other, proposed, which is characterized in that the distance h corresponds to the greatest width of the arch element, which consists of two outer stones A, B and a middle stone C1 or C2 of approximately the same arc length, the outer stones A, B are divided into three individual stones and the middle stones C1 and C2 into three or two individual stones by non-continuous parting lines Tr, and the arch element has an asymmetrical edge zone with respect to the radial straight line G, so that the outer end face b of an outer stone A, B is smaller than the outer end face a of the other outer stone B, A and that the asymmetri cal margin corresponds to the size of the single stone with the smaller end face b.

With the arc-shaped, multi-part paving stone element according to the invention, the main advantage is achieved that by simply lining up the individual stones of the arch elements and by alternating the two different middle stones, arch paving can also be carried out very easily by a layperson, since the circular arc-shaped boundary lines are the same Have radii and the arch elements can thus be put together while observing the appropriate joints. As a result of the asymmetrical offset of the arch elements, the next arch element can then be attached to the arch element laid first when the arch is laid, the last individual stone subdivided by the non-continuous joint forming the connection to the previous arch element.

In the subclaims, preferred shapes of the paving stone element according to the invention are specified in their geometrical dimensions, which are relatively simple to manufacture and with which the laying can be carried out particularly well, which also gives an optimal picture of the paved covering.

The arched paving stone element and the arch paving achieved thereby will be explained in more detail using the example of a preferred embodiment.

Figure imgb0001
In Fig. 1, the boundary lines of the arcuate paving element according to the invention are shown in their geometric relationships. These consist of the outer circular arc Ka, the inner circular arc Ki and the two end faces a and b. The entire surface of the hatched arch element is labeled F. The center point Ma of the outer circular arc Ka and the center point Mi of the inner circular arc Ki lie on a radial straight line G at a distance h from one another. The essential relationship applies
Figure imgb0001

Der Abstand, der der Bogenweite des äußeren Kreisbogens Ka entspricht, beträgt 6 . h.In the example shown, Ra and therefore also Ri = 4. H. The distance which corresponds to the arc width of the outer circular arc Ka is 6. H.

According to the invention, the arch element is extended asymmetrically on the left side, so that the end face b on this side of the arch element is smaller than the end face a on the right side of the arch element. The size of this displacement is still in the description of the division of the arch element entered into individual stones. In the example shown, the geometric relationships are such that the angle aa of the outer circular arc Ka is 107.5473 ° and the angle IXi of the inner circular arc Ki is 88.6227 °. The total length of the outer circular arc Ka is 6.4271. H. The further geometrical relationships result from FIG. 1, where in particular the subsequent arch elements are also shown in the case of arch paving.

Die Gesamtfläche der drei Steine A, B und C entspricht der Fläche F in Fig. 1.As can be seen from FIG. 2, the arch element is divided into three stones, namely a fighting stone A, a crown stone C and a further fighting stone B. The distance h corresponds to the largest stone width of the paving stone element in crown stone C. The arc lengths of the individual stones A, B and C are the same. The total area of the three stones A, B and C corresponds to the area F in FIG. 1.

The individual stones A, B and C are further divided into three individual stones by non-continuous parting lines Tr, the fighter stone A into the individual stones 1, 2 and 3, the apex stone C1 into the individual stones 7, 8 and 9 and the fighter stone B into the Individual stones 4, and 6 is divided.

As can be seen from Fig. 2, the apex C2 is divided into two individual stones 7 and 9 by only one non-continuous parting line Tr, in order to produce a certain number of complete arches in the form by alternating the stones C1 and C2, the apex stones C1 , C2 can also be arranged alternately, so that the correct sequence is automatically created when moving. From Fig. 2 it can also be seen that the reduced face compared to the right end edge a of the arch element on the fighter stone B end face b is formed on the left fighter stone A such that the size of the offset corresponds approximately to the width of the single stone 1 in the fighter stone A.

The size of the fighter stones A and B is in a very specific ratio to the line height of the bow, whereby the fighter stones can be placed in pairs under the normal bow, which is very useful for adjustment work.

In Fig. 3, a laying scheme of several paving stone elements according to the invention for performing an arch pavement is shown. In the top left-hand arch element, a left fighter stone A with the individual stones 1, 2 and 3, a crown stone C1 with the individual stones 7, 8 and 9 and a right fighter stone B with the individual stones 4, 5 and 6 are shown, the individual stones being not continuous Parting lines are separated. In the next row there are two arch elements, each consisting of a left fighter stone A and a right fighter stone B, but the apex stones C2 only have two individual stones. The subsequent row is again designed like the first row, namely with a combat stone A, a crown stone C1 with three individual stones 7, 8 and 9 and a combat stone B. The sequence is repeated accordingly.

Exactly the corresponding arch elements with the combat stones A and B and the alternating crown stones C1 and C2 are lined up on the individual stone 4 of the combat stones B. The sequence also continues in the third row, etc. In order to clarify the laying scheme, the individual abutting arch elements are identified by thick solid lines L.

Dabei sind die folgenden Bogenelemente jeweils um 180° C versetzt angeordnet.4 shows a further laying scheme of an arch paving, the individual arch elements interlocking in a wave-like manner. The following arch elements are each offset by 180 ° C.

For adaptation, stones can be broken out of the fighter stones A and B or the crown stones C1, C2 in a simple manner in order to enable a certain final shape. It is therefore of major advantage that only a single shape is required, which simplifies storage.

The stones can also be equipped with invisible distance cams, and the center of the arch can be marked. This makes it possible to move or lay the paving stone element according to the invention normally by hand or by machine, the visual appearance corresponding to an arch paving laid with normal stones.

The subdivision of the arch element into the individual stones A, B, C1 or C2 can also be done in such a way that these stones are only divided by dummy joints.
