Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum seitlichen Ausrichten von Bogen mittels einer umstellbaren Seitenausrichtvorrichtung, welche die Bogen mittels eines Saugschiebers an einen Anschlag fördert.The invention relates to a device for the lateral alignment of sheets by means of a convertible side alignment device which conveys the sheets to a stop by means of a suction slide.
Es ist bekannt, daß an Druckmaschinen Mittel vorgesehen sind, mit denen die zu verarbeitenden Bogen lagegenau ausrichtbar sind. Zur Umstellung von Rechts- auf Linksanschlag werden der Bogenanschlag und ein am Saugschieber befestigter Bogenmitnehmer gegeneinander ausgetauscht. Durch Verschieben der Kurve ist eine Verschiebung der Saugschieber in eine entgegengesetzte Richtung möglich. Weiterhin ist es von Vorteil, daß die Umstellung von Rechts- auf Linksanschlag mit nur zwei Handgriffen erfolgen kann. Bei einer besonderen Ausgestaltungsvariante ist die Vorrichtung so ausgebildet, daß nach Ausrichten der Bogen an dem Seitenanschlag, d.h. nachdem die Saugerbewegung gleich Null ist, dem Sauger Blasluft zuführbar ist. Hierdurch ist ein sicheres Trennen zwischen Sauger und Bogen gewährleistet.The advantage of this device is, in particular, that a printing press only has to be provided with a side alignment device. Die Seitenausrichtvorrichtung 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Gehäuse 2, einer im Gehäuse 2 gelagerten Antriebshülse 3, die mit Steuerkurven 4, 5 versehen ist, welche spiegelbildlich zueinander angeordnet sind, einem Saugrohr 6, auf dem ein Saugschlitten 7 verschiebbar gelagert ist und einen Sauger 8 trägt und einem umsteckbaren Anschlag 9,der in entsprechende Bohrungen 10 des Gehäuses 2 einsteckbar ist. Weiterhin weist das Gehäuse 2 eine Saugluftkammer 11 auf, die über einen Luftanschluß 12 mit Saugluft beaufschlagbar ist. Das Saugrohr 6 ist über eine Saugluftleitung 13 und ein Ventil mit der Saugluftkammer 11 verbunden. Die Kurvenrolle liegt nun an der Kurve 5 an. Der Ausrichtvorgang erfolgt dann gleich wie vorher beschrieben. Durch die spiegelbildliche Anordnung der Steuerkurven 4, 5 ist gewährleistet, daß sowohl die Saugerbewegung als auch die Saugluftzufuhr für Rechts- und Linksanschlag absolut gleichzeitig erfolgt.
