Claims (7)

  1. Sheet guiding drum for printing presses using in each case gripper bridges formed of gripper shaft, grippers and adjustable gripper support bar and arranged distributed evenly around the drum periphery, characterised in that for high and low setting, each gripper support bar (2) is coordinated with a positioning device (3) acting on the gripper support bar (2) which is linked with an actuation device (7) arranged on the drum which is actuatable separately via a rotary transformer (9) by a controlled supply of energy (10).
  2. Sheet guiding drum according to Claim 1, characterised in that the stroke of the actuation device (7) and/or the positioning device (3) is adjustable by means of adjustable stops (6).
  3. Sheet guiding drum according to Claim 1, characterised in that the positioning device (3) is formed by an axially movable positioning rod (4) having several wedge-shaped elements (5), the elements (5) of which, together with respectively arranged wedge-shaped elements of the support bar (2), form a sliding linkage in the form of a thrust wedge.
  4. Sheet guiding drum according to Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that in the case of a double size drum (1), two actuation devices (7) are arranged individually acting on the corresponding gripper support bar (2) by means of positioning device (3), which, by means of separate leads (8), are coupled via the rotary transformer (9) with the energy supply (10).

Sheet guiding drum according to Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that in the case of a triple size drum (1), three actuation devices (7) are arranged individually acting on the corresponding gripper support bars (2) by means of positioning devices (3), which, by means of separate leads (8), are coupled via the rotary transformer (9) with the energy supply (10).

Sheet guiding drum according to Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that in the case of a quadruple size drum (1), four actuation devices (7) are arranged individually acting by means of positioning devices on the corresponding gripper support bar (2) which, by means of separate leads (8), are coupled via the rotary transformer (9) with the energy supply (10).
  7. Sheet guiding drum according to Claim 1, characterised in that the actuation device (7) is constituted by a pneumatically or hydraulically actuatable working cylinder or an electrical drive.
