Abstract
Method and device for the production of permanent xed crease pleated patterns in textile fabrics.
Starting from an originally smooth fabric panel the procedure is such that the fabric web is initially closed a tubular strand of small diameter merged and by the action of Heidßdampf when passing through an elongated crease nozzle with a variety of irregular creases becomes. The strand, which is still moist, is then cut to a first width pulled apart and in this width dimension Radiant heat dried. Then the fabric pulled apart to a second width and opened wraps.
The device for performing the method has one subsequent to a crease assembly (I) switched on drying and fixing assembly (II), which in a frame (26) successively a first cross chip unit (32), a drying unit (46) and a second Has transverse clamping unit (56).
