Description

The invention relates to an insulated outer wall panel, consisting of an insulating panel which is provided with a plaster layer which is composed of granular and / or powdery insulating materials, a glass fiber fabric and a cement binder which has been mixed with water-mixed plastic dispersion.

Exterior wall insulation systems with plastic foams are known, which are continuously provided with dispersion plasters or mineral plasters. As a result of temperature-related movements, there is a slight overload, especially in the area over the joints of the insulation elements, which then leads to the formation of cracks. For this reason, these systems can only be properly carried out by handicraft companies that are able to implement the special processing guidelines of the manufacturers. The disadvantage is that such systems cannot be used by do-it-yourselfers.

Prefabricated interior wall claddings are also known, in which a fine plaster of cement PZ 35 F polystyrene foam powder and in the center are placed on a polystyrene foam panel neat glass scrim, which is mixed with water mixed with plastic dispersion (solids content up to 4%). Such interior wall cladding has proven itself in weatherproof walls. When installed on the outer wall, on the other hand, rain and frost also act, which leads to instability of the glass fibers as a result of the reaction with the cement present. The serviceability, in particular the strength and freedom from warping, cannot be maintained in the long run. This disadvantage is also not eliminated by a coating with a plastic film which is customary in the processing of glass fibers.

The invention has for its object to find a visible, insulating cladding for an external wall exposed to the wind and weather, which can also be installed by individual non-specialists properly and with little construction site work, and in addition to a definable thermal insulation has sufficient mechanical strength and durability .

The object is achieved in that the glass fiber fabric is covered with at least one hydrolytically stable, water-insoluble polymer layer of 10 to 35% by weight, in particular 15 to 25% by weight, of the polymer, based on the glass fiber.

Thanks to the hydrolytically stable, water-insoluble polymer layer above the glass fiber, the outer wall plate is surprisingly insensitive to moisture from outside, despite the porous plaster layer, because the glass scrim can no longer be attacked by the cement due to the applied protective layer so that the original material properties are retained. It has also been shown that, despite the relatively thick sheathing with polymers, the power transmission between plaster and glass fibers is very intimate without additional adhesion promoters, such as functional alkoxysilanes, so that the outer wall panel has a high strength. This largely avoids the risk of cracking in the event of temperature stresses. The secure bond also reduces sensitivity during handling, installation and use. In addition, the planicity of the outer wall plate is preserved, which facilitates clean work, so that the outer wall plate can also be used for self-made.

The plastic coating can be applied to the glass fibers in various ways. For example, the glass fibers as glass fiber bundles of the desired number can be pulled of individual filaments having fiber diameter in the range of about 5 to 40 / um by a solution, dispersion or melt of the plastic material or are coated with the plastic melt by an extruder in a special die head.

Suitable polymer coatings are polymers made from compounds containing double bonds, such as e.g. Ethylene, propylene, butadiene, styrene, vinyl esters, acrylic and methacrylic acid esters, which also include copolymers of two or more monomer compounds. In addition, polyurethane, epoxy resins and polysiloxanes can be used as polymer coatings. Polyvinyl acetate is particularly preferred.

As insulation boards u. a. Rigid PUR foam, rigid polystyrene foam, glass foam and insulating boards made of mineral or organic components are used, while insulating materials made of the aforementioned materials with a diameter of 0 to 2 mm are used as additives for the plaster layer. A small addition of plaster sand, in particular quartz sand, is also possible. Color additions are also conceivable.

Farbanstriche erfolgen, was insbesondere bei dünnen Putzschichten (d> 5 mm) Vorteile bringt.Furthermore, the attack of moisture by protective or colored coatings can be reduced, which is particularly advantageous for thin layers of plaster (d> 5 mm).
