Description

Ein derartiger Behälter wird vorzugsweise zum Transport des heissen Kokses von der Koksofenbatterie zum Kühlschacht einer Kokstrockenkühlanlage benutzt. Es ist bekannt, dass während des Befüllens der Kokstransportbehälter im Gegensatz zu den bei der nassen Kokskühlung (Löschen) eingesetzten Löschwagen nicht verfahren wird, sondern stillstehen soll. Dadurch soll ein optimaler Rauchabzug durch die Abzugshaube, die in diesem Falle dicht am Kokstransportbehälter anliegt, erreicht werden. Hierdurch ergeben sich jedoch grosse Schwierigkeiten, den Inhalt einer Koksofenkammer unter Berücksichtigung des Schüttwinkels gleichmässig in den Behälter einzubringen. Hierbei ist ausserdem auch zu berücksichtigen, dass die Bauhöhe des Kokstransportbehälters durch die oft vorgegebenen Masse zwischen dem Löschwagengleis und der Ofensohle der Koksofenbatterie begrenzt ist.Such a container is preferably used to transport the hot coke from the coke oven battery to the cooling shaft of a coke oven cooling system.
