Claims (4)

1. Machine à cintrer des tubes et des barres profilés, comprenant une table de cintrage (3) pouvant basculer autour d'une tête de cintrage (1) fixe, un outil de cintrage avec une matrice de cintrage (7) et une mâchoire de serrage (26) étant montés sur la table de cintrage (3) avec possibilité de basculer autour d'un axe vertical de cintrage (4) et des organes d'appui (2) pour la pièce à cintrer étant reliés à la tête de cintrage (3), la matrice de cintrage (7) étant enfilée sur l'axe de cintrage (4), des moyens étant prévus pour la transmission de la force de basculement entre la table de cintrage (3) et la matrice de cintrage (7) et la mâchoire de serrage (26) déterminée appliquée sur la pièce (5) étant bloquée par un support (32) s'appuyant sur la table de cintrage (3), avec interposition d'au moins une pièce intermédiaire (28), par des organes de liaison (22, 44) à complémentarité de forme et agencés de manière à ce que la mâchoire de serrage (26) puisse être enlevée par le haut, caractérisée en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (28) peut être aussi enlevée par le haut, en ce que tant sur la mâchoire de serrage (26) que sur la pièce intermédiaire (28) est fixée une plaque (36, 38) qui fait saillie au-dessus de la fente de séparation entre la mâchoire de serrage (26) et la pièce intermédiaire (28) ou le support (32) et qui porte une vis de réglage (29, 42) de réglage en hauteur de la mâchoire de serrage (26), et en ce que la matrice de cintrage (7) est fixée sur une plaque formant adapteur (16) montée de manière lâche sur l'axe de cintrage (4), en contact avec la table de cintrage (3), pouvant être retirée par le haut et coopérant avec un toc d'entraînement (24) réglable en hauteur et monté dans la table de cintrage (3) basculante.
2. Machine à cintrer des tubes et des barres profilés, comprenant une table de cintrage (3) pouvant basculer autour d'une tête de cintrage (1) fixe, un outil de cintrage avec une matrice de cintrage (7) et une mâchoire de serrage (26) étant montés sur la table de cintrage (3) avec possibilité de basculer autour d'un axe vertical de cintrage (4) et des organes d'appui (2) pour la pièce à cintrer étant reliées à la tête de cintrage (3), la matrice de cintrage (7) étant enfilée sur l'axe de cintrage (4), des moyens étant prévus pour la transmission de la force de basculement entre la table de cintrage (3) et la matrice de cintrage (7) et la mâchoire de serrage (26) déterminée appliquée sur la pièce (5) étant bloquée par un support (32) s'appuyant sur la table de cintrage (3), par des organes de liaison (22, 44) à complémentarité de forme et agencés de manière à ce que la mâchoire de serrage (26) puisse être enlevée par le haut, caractérisée en ce que sur la mâchoire de serrage (26) est fixée une plaque (36, 38) qui fait saillie au-dessus de la fente de séparation entre la mâchoire de serrage (26) et le support (32) et qui porte une vis de réglage (29) en hauteur de la mâchoire de serrage (26) et en ce que la matrice de cintrage (7) est fixée sur une plaque formant adapteur (16) montée de manière lâche sur l'axe de cintrage (4), en contact avec la table de cintrage (3), pouvant être retirée par le haut et coopérant avec un toc d'entraînement (24) réglable en hauteur et monté dans la table de cintrage (3) basculante.
3. Machine à cintrer selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la matrice de cintrage (7) contient dans sa partie de serrage de la pièce, une pièce rapportée (20), caractérisée en ce que la pièce rapportée (20) est une pièce rapportée (20) pouvant être enlevée par le haut et maintenue par des axes verticaux (17) pénétrant dans la plaque formant adapteur (16), une plaque (40), qui porte une vis de réglage (25) en hauteur de la pièce rapportée (20), faisant saillie au-dessus de la fente de séparation entre la matrice de cintrage (7) et la pièce rapportée (20).
