Zum Ausrichten der Kokille bzw. zum fluchtenden Einstellen zweier in Strangdurchlaufrichtung benachbarter Strangführungsabschnitte einer Stranggießanlage dient eine Zentriereinrichtung 40, wie sie in der österreichischen patentanmeldung A 1933/81 beschrieben ist. Mittels als Druckmittelzylinder 47 ausgebildeter Spreizeinrichtungen sind die Zentrierplatten 45, 46 gegen die Führungsbahnen, d.h. gegen die diese Führungsbahnen bildenden Rollen preßbar. Durch Beaufschlagen der Spreizeinrichtungen 47 - hierbei werden zunächst die Spreizeinrichtungen des unteren Teiles 46" der Zentrierplatte 46 und sodann die Spreizeinrichtungen des oberen Teiles 46' der Zentrierplatte 46 beaufschlagt - wird die Kokille 18 durch Gleiten der Konsolen 30 an den Querträgern 2 quer zur Achse 49 der Biegezone 5 in eine mit der Biegezone 5 fluchtende Lage verschoben. Sodann werden die Kokille 18 und die Biegezone 5 gemeinsam in die Stranggießanlage eingesetzt, indem die Biegezone 5 von einem Krangehänge erfaßt wird, welches in Traglaschen 50 der Biegezone, die bis an die Oberseite der Kokille 18 ragen, eingehängt wird. Hierbei gelangen an der Biegezone und an der Kokille angeordnete Stütz- bzw. - Gegenstützflächen 51,52 miteinander in Kontakt. Die Kokille 18 bleibt während dieses Vorganges durch die Zentriereinrichtung 40 in fluchtender Lage gegenüber der Biegezone 5.

Hierbei kommt die Kokille mit ihren vier Traglaschen 30 mit dem nicht dargestellten Hubtisch, der in gleicher Weise gestaltet ist wie die Querträger 2 des Richtstandes 4, in Kontakt, worauf durch Betätigen der am Hubtisch ebenfalls vorgesehenen Schnellverschlüsse und nach vorherigem Einlegen von Einlegestücken in die Ausnehmungen der Bolzen dieser Schnellverschlüsse die Kokille am Hubtisch befestigt wird. Beim Aufsetzen der Kokille am Hubtisch gelangen die Stütz- und Gegenstützflächen 51, 52 der Kokille 18 bzw. Biegezone 5 außer Kontakt, so daß die Kokille 18 gegenüber der Biegezone 5 in Richtung ihrer Achse oszillieren kann. Danach werden die Spreizeinrichtungen 47 der Zentriereinrichtung 40 entspannt, und die Zentriereinrichtung 40 wird nach oben aus der Anlage ausgebaut.After the joint insertion of the bending zone 5 and the mold 18 into the continuous casting plant, the bending zone 5 becomes Steel frame of the continuous caster attached. Claims (5)

1. A checking and aligning stand (4) for measuring and aligning frame sections (5,18) of the strand guide of a continuous casting plant, in particular for the aligned adjustment of two frame sections (5, 18) neighbouring in the strand flow direction comprising surfaces defining the installed position of each of the frame sections (5, 18), characterised in that at least two pairs of measuring surfaces (10 to 13) arranged at an angle, preferably at 90°, relative to each other are provided on the checking stand (4) to determine the roller coordinates with respect to the position-defining supporting surfaces (2, 6, 8) of the frame section (5).
2. A checking and aligning stand according to claim 1, characterised in that the checking stand (4) comprises horizontal and vertical measuring surfaces (10 to 13).
3. A checking and aligning stand according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the checking stand (4) comprises a plurality of upright standards (1) having supporting surfaces (2, 6, 8) for the frame section(s) (5, 18) arranged in accordance with the seats provided in the continuous casting plant, the measuring surfaces (10 to 13) being provided on consoles fastened on the standards (1) and projecting towards the frame section.
4. A checking and aligning stand according to claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a horizontal and a vertical measuring surface (2, 11) are provided on the checking stand to determine the installed position of the mould (18).
5. A method of checking and correcting the position of two frame sections neighbouring in the strand flow direction, in particular of a mould (18) and the bending zone (5), by using the checking and aligning stand (4) according to claims 1 to 4, characterised in that at first the lower frame section (5) is inserted into the checking and aligning stand (4), is measured by using the measuring surfaces (10 to 13) and, if necessary, corrected, whereupon the upper frame section (18) is inserted into the checking and aligning stand and is adjusted to be in alignment with the frame section (5) by means of a centering device (40) to be inserted into the strand guide (19,44,14,45), subsequently the two frame sections (5, 18) are fixed relative to each other, are lifted out of the checking and aligning stand (4) commonly with the centering device (40) and are commonly inserted into the continuous casting plant, whereupon the centering device (40) is removed from the strand guide (19, 44, 14, 45).
