Claims (7)

1. Rectifieuse de précision, et en particulier rectifieuse de profil à projection, comprenant une meule (7) usinant une pièce, un bâton dresseur (26) muni d'au moins une gorge profilée, ouverte en direction de la meule, s'étendant tangentiellement à cette dernière, dont la surface est abrasive et dont la section est complémentaire du profil souhaité de la meule, et une commande numérique du mouvement relatif de la meule et de la pièce, et du dressage automatique de la meule par le bâton dresseur, ladite rectifieuse étant caractérisée en ce que le bâton dresseur (26) est amené pour le dressage de la meule (7) sur cette dernière et dans son plan; l'amenage du bâton dresseur est commandable par la commande numérique (22); et la commande numérique (22) fait varier la distance entre la meule (7) et la pièce (11 ) à usiner, en fonction de la position instantanée du bâton dresseur (26) par rapport à la meule (7).
2. Rectifieuse de précision selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de dressage 23 est fixé sur un montant (8) qui porte aussi la meule (7).
3. Rectifieuse de précision selon revendication 1, caracterisée en ce que la gorge profilée (27) du bâton dresseur (26) est, dans le cas d'une meule (7) effectuant un mouvement de va-et-vient en foncitionnement, parallèle à la course de la meule.
4. Rectifieuse de précision selon revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la gorge profilée (27) s'étend sur toute la longueur du bâton dresseur (26) et est ouverte sur ses faces frontales.
5. Rectifieuse de précision selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le bâton dresseur (26) présente côte à côte plusieurs gorges profilées (27) à section de forme différente et peut être translaté perpendiculairement à sa direction d'amenage.
6. Rectifieuse de précision selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces abrasives des gorges profilées (27) sont diamantées.
7. Rectifieuse de précision selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement d'amenage du bâton dresseur (26) est commandé par un servomoteur (25).
