Claims (3)

1. Wärmetauscher bestehend aus einer Serie von länglichen Leitungen (14) im Abstand voneinander, bei dem jedes Paar einander gegenüberliegender Leitungsflächen mit Reihen von Nuten (20) versehen ist, die in Übereinstimmung miteinander sind, und länglichen Fahnenelementen, die zwischen den Leitungen (14) angeordnet sind, wobei jedes Fahnenelement eine zentrale Längszone (10), zwei Längskantenzonen (12) und eine Vielzahl von Fahnen (A, B) aufweist, von denen sich jede quer über die Zentralzone (10) erstreckt und einen ebenen Brückenteil (16) an jedem Ende aufweist, wobei die Längskantenzonen (12) der Fahnenelemente unter einem stumpfen Winkel gegen die Zentralzone (10) geneigt sind und koplanar mit gewissen Brückenteilen (16) sind und an diese angrenzen, wobei jede Längskantenfläche jedes Fahnenelementes in eine Nut (20) in einer Leitung (14) hineinreicht und beide Flächen berührt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fahnen (A, B) alternativ in zwei parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind, um zwei Fahnensätze (A bzw. B) zu bilden, wobei die Brückenteile (16) eines Satzes (A) unter einem Winkel mit Bezug auf die Brückenteile des anderen Satzes (B) orientiert sind, während die Nuten (20) so tief relativ zu den Fahnenelementen sind, daß nicht nur die Längskantenzonen (12), sondern auch die angrenzenden koplanaren Brückenteile (16) des Fahnensatzes (A) die Oberfläche der Nuten (20) berühren.
2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke des Metalls im Fahnenelement über das ganze Fahnenelement im wesentlichen konstant ist.
3. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der geradlinigen Nuten (20) im wesentlichen das Doppelte des Abstandes (y) zwischen den parallelen Ebenen der beiden Fahnensätze (A und B) jedes Fahnenelementes ist.
