Claims (8)

1. Treibstangengetriebe, insbesondere Treibstangenschloss für Türen, Fenster oder dgl. bestehend im wesentlichen einerseits aus zumindest einer Stell- oder Schubstange (4, 5), die mit einer Verriegelungseinrichtung versehen ist, und andererseits aus einem Sperr- oder Riegelteil (13), das formschlüssig mit dem Stulp (12) verbunden ist und in eine entriegelte Raststellung der Stell- oder Schubstange (4, 5) elastisch rückgeholt wird und mit der Entriegelungseinrichtung (35) zusammenarbeitet, die mit dem Tür- oder Fensterrahmen formschlüssig verbunden ist und in Bewegungsrichtung des Fensters oder der Tür wirksam wird, um das Sperr- oder Riegelteil (13) freizugeben und die Stell- oder Schubstange (4, 5) beim Schliessen der Tür oder des Fensters in die Verriegelungsstellung zurückkehren zu lassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperr-oder Riegelteil (13) des beweglichen Teils der Tür oder des Fensters auf dem freien Ende (14) eines parallel oder annähernd parallel zum Stulp (12) verlaufenden Hebels (15) angeordnet und um eine am anderen Ende (17) liegende Achse (16) drehbar sowie senkrecht zur Aussenfläche (39) des Stulps (12) eingesetzt ist.

Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stulp (12) ein horizontales oder annähernd horizontales Langloch zum Durchlassen und den Lauf des Riegelteils (13) aufweist, das zumindest mit einer Stell- oder Schubstange (4, 5) und mit der formschlüssig mit dem Rahmen verbundenen Entriegelungseinrichtung (35) zusammenarbeitet.

Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (15) aus zwie parallelen Flügeln (36, 37) gebildet ist, die auf beiden Seiten der Innen- und Aussenfläche (38 bzw. 39) des Stulps (12) liegen, wobei die freien Enden (14) dieser Flügel (36, 37) mit einem Riegelteil (13) versehen sind, das aus einem vorspringenden inneren Teil (21) und einem vorspringenden äusseren Teil (33) gebildet ist.

Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche (30) des vorspringenden inneren Teils (21) des Riegelteils (13) eine abgeschrägte Ebene (31) zum Festhaken der Verbindungsstange (23) aufweist, die die beiden Stell- oder Schubstangen (4, 5) längs einer senkrecht zu den Aussenflächen (25) der Verbindungsstange (23) verlaufenden Erzeugenden (32) verbindet.
5. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorspringende innere Teil (21) des Riegelteils (13) als kegelstumpfartiger Zylinder ausgebildet ist, der um eine senkrecht zur Innenfläche (38) des Stulps (12) stehenden Drehachse (42) drehbar ist.
6. Treibstangengetriebe nach den Ansprüchen 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Riegelteil (13) gegenüber der längslaufenden Mittellinie des Stulps (12) zur Umkehrbarkeit des Treibstangengetriebes (1) symmetrisch ausgebildet ist.
7. Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die formschlüssig mit dem Tür- oder Fensterrahmen verbundene Entriegelungseinrichtung (35) eine Schliesskappe umfasst, die für die Umkehrbarkeit des Treibstangengetriebes (1) keinen Boden besitzt.

Treibstangengetriebe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schliesskappe einen herausnehmbaren Boden (40) besitzt, der in gleicher Weise durch ein beliebiges Befestigungsmittel im Hinblick auf die Umkehrbarkeit des Treibstangengetriebes auf der einen oder anderen Fläche (41) der Schliesskappe festgemacht werden kann.
