Claims (5)

1. Tragbares Etikettiergerät mit einem mit einem Handgriff (2) versehenen Gehäuse (1), einem in dem Gehäuse angeordneten Druckwerk, das einen Druckkopf (3) mit Typenwähler und einen Drucktisch (8) aufweist, die sich zum Anschlagen der gewählten Typen treffen können, mit einer Vorrichtung (19) für den schrittweisen Vorschub eines Etikettenträgerbandes (10) längs einer über den Drucktisch verlaufenden Bahn, einem Auslöser (13) in Form eines Bedienungshebels, der mit dem Drucktisch und mit der Vorrichtung für den schrittweisen Vorschub verbunden ist, um bei jeder Betätigung das Anschlagen der gewählten Typen auf einem Etikett des kontinuierlichen Bandes und den Vorschub dieses Bandes hervorzurufen, mit einer Vorrichtung, die dazu bestimmt ist, ein zweites Aufdrucken von Typen auf dem Etikett vor dem Loslassen des Auslösers zu verhindern, und einer Etiketten-Trenn- und Spend-Vorrichtung (23, 24) zum Abtrennen und Ausgeben der Etiketten des kontinuierlichen Bandes zur Aussenseite des Gehäuses, damit sie auf den zu etikettierenden Artikeln aufgeklebt werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Verhindern eines zweiten Aufdrucks wenigstens auf der einen Seite von den beiden Elementen des Druckwerks einerseits einen Stössel (32), einen seitlichen Anschlag (29) und wenigstens eine auf einem der beiden Elemente des Druckwerks angeordnete Raststufe (30) und andererseits auf dem anderen Element des Druckwerks ein drehbares Element (33), an dessen Umfang wenigstens drei beim Anschlagen der Typen durch den Stössel (32) selektiv und sequentiell betätigbare und nacheinander in Anlage an den seitlichen Anschlag (29) und in der Raststufe (30) in Anlage kommende Spann-Steuerfinger (38) angebracht sind, und eine Rückholklinke (34) umfasst, die an dem drehbaren Element (33) angebracht und der Wirkung einer Spannfeder (35) ausgesetzt ist, damit es die Drehbewegung des drehbaren Elements (33) so steuert, dass bei jedem Aufschlagen der Typen der Stössel (32) auf einen Spann-Steuerfinger (38) trifft und das drehbare Element (33) so weit dreht, bis der nächste Spann-Steuerfinger gegen den seitlichen Anschlag (29) stösst, dass beim Trennen der zwei Elemente des Druckwerks durch Rückpralleffekt der nächste Spann-Steuerfinger durch die Wirkung der Spannfeder (35) mit der Rückholklinke (34) des drehbaren Elements (33) in die Raststufe (30) eingreift, und dass beim Loslassen des Auslösers (13) die Wirkung der Spannfeder (35) auf die Rückholklinke (34) das drehbare Element (33) so dreht, dass der nächste Spann-Steuerfinger von der Raststufe (30) gelöst und für die nächste Einwirkung des Stössels (32) bereitgestellt wird.
2. Etikettiergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückholklinke von einem auf der gleichen Achse wie das drehbare Element (33) sitzenden Prisma (34) gebildet ist, dessen polygonale Umfangsform entsprechend jedem Spann-Steuerfinger (38) eine Kante (41 ) aufweist, und dass der Umfang dieses Prismas dem ständigen Druck einer Spann-Blattfeder (35) ausgesetzt ist, die am anderen Element des Druckwerks befestigt ist.
3. Etikettiergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das drehbare Element ein Nocken (33) ist, dessen Umfangsform Nockenerhebungen (38) aufweist, die die Spann-Steuerfinger bilden, und dass jede dieser Nockenerhebungen (38) einen starren Gegenanschlag (39) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem seitlichen Anschlag (29) in Kontakt zu treten und dann in die Raststufe (30) einzugreifen.
4. Etikettiergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stössel (32), der seitliche Anschlag (29) und die Raststufe (30) von drei Abschnitten eines an dem Element des Druckweks befestigten Teils (28) angebracht sind.
5. Tragbares Etikettiergerät mit einem mit einem Handgriff (2) versehenen Gehäuse (1), einem in dem Gehäuse angeordneten Druckwerk, das einen Druckkopf (3) mit Typenwähler und einen Drucktisch (8) aufweist, die sich zum Anschlagen der gewählten Typen treffen können, mit einer Vorrichtung (19) für den schrittweisen Vorschub eines Etikettenträgerbandes (10) längs einer über den Durcktisch verlaufenden Bahn, einem Auslöser (13) in Form eines Bedienungshebels, der mit dem Drucktisch und mit der Vorrichtung für den schrittweisen Vorschub verbunden ist, um bei jeder Betätigung das Anschlagen der gewählten Typen auf einem Etikett des kontinuierlichen Bandes und den Vorschub dieses Bandes hervorzurufen, mit einer Vorrichtung, die dazu bestimmt ist, ein zweites Aufdrucken von Typen auf dem Etikett vor dem Loslassen des Auslösers zu verhindern, und einer Etiketten-Trenn- und Spend-Vorrichtung (23, 24) zum Abtrennen und Ausgeben der Etiketten des kontinuierlichen Bandes zur Aussenseite des Gehäuses, damit sie auf den zu etikettierenden Artikeln aufgeklebt werden können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum Verhindern eines zweiten Aufdrucks auf der einen Seite von den beiden Elementen des Druckwerks einerseits wenigstens einen Stössel (32), einen seitlichen Anschlag (29) und wenigstens eine auf einem der beiden Elemente des Druckwerks angeordnete Raststufe (30) und andererseits auf dem anderen Element des Druckwerks eine auf einer am anderen Element des Druckwerks befestigten Welle (42) drehbar gelagerte und in der Bewegungsbahn des Stössels (32) angeordnete federbelastete Klinke (380), die durch den Stössel bei jedem Aufschlagen der Typen betätigbar ist, einen in einer am anderen Element befestigten geradlinigen Gleitführung (360) angebrachten, hin und her beweglichen Riegel (330) mit einer Haltekante (43) zum Erfassen der federbelasteten Klinke (380) mit einem starren Gegenanschlag (390), der dazu bestimmt ist, nacheinander mit dem seitlichen Anschlag (29) und dann mit der Raststufe (30) in Eingriff zu kommen, eine Spannfeder (350), die den Riegel (330) gegen den seitlichen Anschlag (29) und die Raststufe (30) drückt, sowie ein Rückholpleuel (340) aufweist, das den Riegel (330) mit einem unter der Wirkung des Auslösers (13) stehenden beweglichen Organs verbindet, damit im Verlauf des Loslassens des Auslösers eine solche Betätigung erfolgt, dass bei jedem Aufschlagen der Typen der Stössel (32) die Klinke (380) gegen die Wirkung ihrer Feder verschwenkt und die Haltekante (43) des Riegels (330) ausser Eingriff bringt, damit dieser mit seinem Gegenanschlag (390) in Anlage an den seitlichen Anschlag (29) unter der Einwirkung der Spannfeder (350) kommt, dass beim Trennen der zwei Elemente des Druckwerks durch Rückprallwirkung der Gegenanschlag (390) des Riegels in die Raststufe (30) unter der Einwirkung der Spannfeder (350) eingreift und dass am Ende der Loslassbewegungsbahn des Auslösers (13) das Rückholpleuel (340) den Riegel (330) gegen die Wirkung der Spannfeder (350) wieder in Eingriff mit der Klinke (380) zurückführt.
