Abstract
Eine Zwischenwelle (9) des mehrstufigen Fahrzeuggetriebes (3) ist aus dem Getriebegehäuse (13) beiderseits herausgeführt und an den Enden mit je einer Bremsscheibe (14) versehen. Die Bremsscheiben (14) laufen somit in einem Drehmomentbereich, der im Vergleich zu dem Laufradmoment des Fahrzeuges um den Übersetzungsfaktor der der Zwischenwelle (9) nachfolgenden Getriebestufen reduziert ist und können zusammen mit der Bremskrafterzeugungsapparatur verkleinert werden. Scheibenbremsen von Schienenfahrzeugen greifen im allgemeinen direkt an dem Laufrad an, d.h., die Laufräder sind gleich als Bremsscheibe ausgebildet und werden von der Bremszahge übergriffen. Eine derartige Anordnung vergößert nicht unerheblich das Gewicht des Laufrades und somit die ungefederte Masse. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß eine Zwischenwelle des Getriebes dessen Gehäuse durchsetzt und außen eine Bremsscheibe trägt, an der eine direkt am Gehäuse aufgehängte Bremseinrichtung angreift. Hierdurch besteht zwischen Bremsscheibe und Bremszange kein durch Drehgestelleinfederung bedingter Relativweg mehr. Die Mechanik der Bremszangenaufhängung wird daher einfacher. Die Bremsscheibe läuft in einem Drehmomentbereich, der Im Vergleich zu dem Laufradmoment um den Obersetzungsfaktor der der Zwischenwelle nachfolgenden Getriebestufen reduziert ist, und in einem um den gleichen Faktor erhöhten Drehzahlbereich. Dadurch können die Scheibe und die Bremskrafterzeugungsapparatur wesentlich verkleinert werden. Eine weitere Massenreduzierung tritt ein, sofern auf beiden Enden der Zwischenwelle des Getriebes Bremsen angeordnet werden. Dabei kann zweckmäßig die Zwischenwelle als Träger von Kegelrad und Stirnritzel eines zweistufigen Winkelgetriebes mit einer schnellen Kcgelradstufe und einer langsameren Stirnradstufe ausgebildet sein,The invention consists in that an intermediate shaft of the gearbox passes through its housing and carries a brake disc on the outside, on which a braking device suspended directly on the housing acts.
