Definitions
- the invention relates to biogas plants of any size.
- low-value sun products biomass
- animal such as vegetable waste and residues in the liquid phase, as well as organic substances of various types in the solid phase, methane gas, through anerobic digestion while maintaining a certain, as constant as possible temperature.
- biogas makes sense if organic waste can be used on the spot.
- the plants which are primarily used in agriculture, are loaded with liquid residues from livestock farming and small amounts of organic matter. However, plants are required, whether small or large plants that work with solids-rich, such as liquid substrates.
- the rotating, cylindrical fermenter lies in a heat bath and this floating bearing is to be dimensioned depending on the size of the plant so that the weight of the fermenter with filling is largely eliminated, whereby the rotation of the fermenter is achieved with minimal effort (gas pressure).
- the system implemented here is essentially similar to the fore-stomach system of the cow, whose rumen is comparable to a fermentation chamber.
- the advantages achieved with the invention consist in the fact that by largely eliminating the weight of the fermenter with filling, an optimal stirring effect is achieved by minimal effort by rotating the fermenter. This prevents the formation of sinking and floating ceilings.
- the process heat has a dual function, that of hot water preparation and ensuring a constant working temperature.
- the question of insulation is dealt with with a high efficiency and a clean solution.
- One of the main advantages of the invention is the operation in the solid phase without the formation of an excess of acid, because the bacteria always move quickly to the newly introduced substrate by the rotation. Due to the high process heat, thermophilic operation 55 0 C, the dwell time of the substrate is kept low, as well as intensive digestion, with a high energy yield. In addition, an economical construction is made possible by industrial production.
- the system is designed as a water flow tank -6-, with an internal, cylindrical, rotating fermenter -1- made of plastic.
- the fermenter is in a hot water bath at 55 ° C -2-, so that it is kept at a constant working temperature by a water heater.
- the waste and residues collected and stored in the antechamber are homogenized and introduced into the fermenter-7-, where the substrate rains at constant temperature with constant gas generation.
- the fermented substrate is, depending on the circumstances, with taken from a hand pump -8-.
- the system is designed in such a way that sufficient bacteria (inoculum) always remain in the fermenter.
- the digested waste is improved in its fertilizer value, since the nitrogen is organically bound.
- the fertilizer is immediately available to the topsoil.
- the gas pressure -3- generated in the fermenter -1- is used to rotate the fermenter, which is moved on the rotating surface -4-. (Also mechanically driven)
- the main task of the invention the rotation of the fermenter, solves the agitator effect by means of the mixing arms -5- arranged inside the fermenter. At the same time, sinking layers and floating ceilings are avoided.
- the generated gas is fed into the externally arranged gas storage via a safety valve -9-.
- the rotation also ensures the rapid introduction of bacteria to the substrate and thus prevents an excess of acid when new organic substances are added.

Abstract
Description
E.Dohne-
