Claims (3)

1. Maschine zum automatischen Aufziehen und Anordnen von Schiebern, lagegerecht auf Trägerbändern (11) (1) mit profilierten Kuppelgliedern, wobei die Maschine aufweist: Mittel zum Zuführen eines Schiebers (11) nach dem anderen und in einer vorbestimmten Lage, Mittel zum Führen eines Paares zusammenwirkender Trägerbänder auf einer im wesentlichen geradlinigen Bahn und Mittel zum Öffnen der Schieber (11) und zum Einführen der Schieber auf die Bänder (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnten Mittel zum Öffnen der Schieber (11) und deren Einführung auf die Bänder (1 ) im wesentlichen einerseits einen Rotor (9), der an Antriebsmittel angekuppelt ist, die einen schrittweisen Drehantrieb des Rotors gestatten, wobei der Rotor (9) an seinem Umfang mit Kammern (10) versehen ist, die sich in radialer Richtung öffnen und zur Aufnahme jeweils eines Schiebers (11), während der Drehung, an einer Stelle, an der die Schieber (11 ) nacheinander ankommen, geeignet sind, und andererseits einen Stator (12) aufweisen, der sich längs eines Teils des Umfangs des erwähnten Rotors (9) erstreckt und zwar im wesentlichen zwischen der erwähnten Ankunftsstelle der Schieber und der erwähnten Laufbahn der Trägerbänder (1), wobei die erwähnten Kammern des Rotors (9) zum äussersten Ende des Stators (12) hin einen zur erwähnten Laufbahn praktisch tangentialen Verlauf aufweisen, der erwähnte Stator (12) ausserdem exzentrisch relativ zum Rotor (9) angeordnet und so geformt ist, dass er innen, d.h. auf der dem Rotor (9) zugekehrten Seite, eine Stützfläche für die Enden der Einführungsseite der Schieber (11) aufweist, wobei die erwähnte Stützfläche einen in Drehrichtung des Rotors (9) allmählich abnehmenden Abstand vom Boden der erwähnten Kammern (10) aufweist, und dass ein System aus Rampen oder dergleichen, das auf dem Rotor (9) und/oder auf dem Stator (12) vorgesehen ist, so angeordnet ist, dass es das Öffnen der Schieber (11) bewirkt, während diese durch ihre jeweilige Kammer (10) in Richtung auf die Trägerbänder (1 ) verschoben werden, wobei die Schieber (11) sich anschliessend aufgrund ihrer Elastizität wieder auf den erwähnten Bändern (1 ) schliessen können, und zwar unter Einschluss der erwähnten profilierten Koppelglieder, sobald sie ihre Kammer (10) verlassen, und anschliessend durch die vorbeilaufenden Bänder (1) angetrieben werden.
2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnten Schieber (11) an ihrem Boden zwei äussere Vorsprünge aufweisen, die, wenn sie zusammengedrückt werden, das Öffnen des Schiebers (11) bewirken, und dass das erwähnte Rampensystem durch eine V-Form des Bodens der Kammern (10) des Rotors (9) gebildet ist, längs der die Kanten der erwähnten Vorsprünge gleiten können, wenn der Schieber (11) durch die Stützfläche des Stators fortschreitend gegen den Boden seiner Kammer (10) gedrückt wird, so dass der Schieber (11) solange geöffnet wird, wie er sich in Richtung auf die Bänder (1) verschiebt.
3.Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erwähnten Schieber (11) auf der ihrem Boden gegenüberliegenden Seite, d.h. an den Enden ihrer Einführungsseite, ein oder zwei Paar Ohren (23) aufweisen und dass das Rampensystem in der erwähnten Stützfläche des Stators (12) Auskehlungen oder dergleichen aufweist, die die erwähnten Ohren (23) aufnehmen und sie allmählich aufweiten, um den Schieber (11) solange zu öffnen, wie er sich in Richtung auf die Bänder (1) verschiebt.
