Dabei ist die Richtung der Haltestreben 16, 17, 18 und ihr Aussendurchmesser derart gewählt, dass die Anpresskraft an die Innenwand 14 der Mundöffnung 2 grösser ist, als die Haltekraft zwischen dem inneren zylindrischen Teil 19 und dem Mittelzapfen bzw. Claims (13)

1. Pouring spout (11) made of plastics material which can be inserted mechanically into the opening (2) of bottle-like containers (1) which can be sealed by a cap (6), the said spout comprising a sealing flange (13), which at least partially covers the edge (12) of the opening (2), and a hollow cylinder-like wall element (15) which presses against the inner wall (14) of the opening (2), characterised by at least two radially extending flexible retaining struts (16, 17 or 18) and by an inner cylindrical element (19), along which the radial retaining struts (16, 17, 18) extend for part of their axial inner length, whilst the respective outer edges (20, 21, 22) of the retaining struts (16, 17, 18) extend through the continuation of the hollow cylinder-like wall element (15) and are pressed flexibily against the inner wall (14) of the opening (2) by a retaining pressure which is greater than the retaining force on a holder which introduces the pouring spout into the opening (2) of the container (1).

4. Pouring spout according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the upper edges of the retaining struts (16, 17, 18) are adjacent to the lower edge of the hollow cylinder-like wall element (15).
5. Pouring spout according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the inner cylindrical element (19) projects with a free wall section (23) into the interior of the hollow cylinder-like wall element (15).
6. Pouring spout according to Claim 5, characterised in that the inner cylindrical element (19) extends approximately as far as the plane of the lower sealing flange surface (13) which covers the edge (12) of the opening (2).

10. Pouring spout according to Claim 9, characterised in that the upper ends of the retaining struts (16, 17, 18) extend into an annular channel (33) which is formed by the outer walls of the cylindrical element (19) and the inner side of the hollow-cylinder wall element (15).
11. Pouring spout according to Claim 10, characterised in that the inner face of the inner cylindrical element (19) has stepped sealing faces (34) which cooperate with positively formed complementary sealing faces (35) on the outer wall of the drop insert (28).
12. Pouring spout according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the retaining struts (16, 17, 18) are designed in one piece with the inner cylindrical element (19).
13. Pouring spout according to any one of Claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the pouring spout (11), retaining struts (16, 17, 18) and inner cylindrical element are manufactured in one piece.
