Claims (5)

1. Verbrennungsapparat, insbesondere für einen Dampfkessel, der eine Verbrennungskammer aufweist, die nach unten durch ein Nach-Verbrennungsgitter und durch einen Aschenbehälter verlängert ist, wobei die Öffnung des unteren Teils dieses Aschenbehälters in zwei Teil (5, 6) aufgeteilt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder dieser Teile den Eingang eines Schachts (7, 8) bildet, wobei die Trennmittel, die die beiden genannten Teile begrenzen, sich nicht oberhalb der Ebene (E) dieser Öffnung erstrecken, und daß die beiden Schächte symmetrisch in Bezug auf eine senkrechte Ebene angeordnet sind, wobei der untere Teil jedes der Schächte eine Öffnung (9, 10) aufweist, die über einem Nach-Verbrennungsgitter(11, 12) mündet, und wobei die beiden Gitter parallel sind.
2. Apparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen (9, 10) des unteren Teils der Schächte (7, 8) in einer gleichen Ebene (F) angeordnet und zueinander parallel sind.
3. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schächte (7, 8) zueinander einen Winkel von etwa 70° bilden.
4. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennmittel, die die Eingänge der Schächte (7, 8) begrenzen, von den benachbarten Wänden dieser Schächte gebildet werden.
5. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Nach-Verbrennungsgitter(11, 12) eine Länge (G) aufweist, die mindestens gleich der Hälfte der Tiefe (L) der Verbrennungskammer (1) ist.
