Abstract

Bei dem Bodenbelag für Doppelbodenplatten ist auf einer Maske (1), die allseits um mehr als die Höhe der Bodenplatte (7) über diese hinausragt, ein Gehbelag (2) angeordnet. Das Bett (3) des Gehbelages (2) ist fest mit der Maske (1) verbunden.

Description

  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Bodenbelag für Doppelbodenplatten, der leicht auswechselbar sein und gleichzeitig den Randstreifen an den Stoßstellen abdichten soll.
  • Bekannt sind Bodenbeläge, die in herkömmlicher Weise auf den Doppelbodenplatten mit Klebern fest verklebt sind. Der Austausch abgenutzter Bodenbeläge ist dementsprechend aufwendig und führt oft zu Beschädigungen der Doppelbodenplatten. Hinzu kommt durch den Einfluß der Feuchtigkeit eine Gefährdung der Kanten der Doppelbodenplatten sowie eine Randverschmutzung wegen der an den undichten Stoßstellen vorhandenen Luftströmung.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Bodenbelag für Doppelbodenplatten zu schaffen, der leicht ausgewechselt werden kann und gleichzeitig der Randstreifen an den Stoßstellen zweier benachbarter Bodenplatten abgedichtet wird.
  • Die Aufgabe wird durch einen Bodenbelag für Doppelbodenplatten gelöst, der aus einer Maske mit einem mindestens die Größe der Bodenplatte umfassenden Gehbelag besteht, dessen Bett mit der Maske, die allseitig um mehr als die Höhe der Doppelbodenplatte über diese hinausragt, fest verbunden ist. Der Belag soll in seiner Einheit flächenstabil und an den Ecken und Kanten verformbar ausgebildet sein.
  • Durch Anbringen von Filterlippen, Dichtlippen und/oder Tropfnasen auf der Maske wird ein staub-, luft- und/oder wasserdichter Abschluß zwischen den Bodenplatten herbeigeführt. Gleichzeitig dienen sie der schalltechnischen Entkupplung, insbesondere des Längenschalls. Die leichte Abnehmbarkeit erreicht man beispielsweise durch die Anordnung von Selbstklebestreifen oder Löchern zur Aufnahme von Spanneinrichtungen am Maskenrand.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Figuren, die lediglich ein Anwendungsbeispiel darstellen, erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Figur 1 die Abwicklung des Bodenbelages in Draufsicht.
    • Figur 2 einen Schnitt durch die Doppelbodenplatte mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Bodenbelag.
  • Der Bodenbelag besteht aus der Maske 1 und dem Gehbelag 2. Der Gehbelag wird mittels Bett 3 mit der Maske verbunden. Der Randbereich 4, der flexibel sein kann, weist an den Ecken Ausnehmungen 12 auf, die ein Umspannen der Doppelbodenplatte 7 ermöglicht. Zum besseren Falten können Perforationen oder Sollknickstellen 5 vorhanden sein. Zur Befestigung der Maske 1 an der Unterseite 8 der Doppelbodenplatte 7 können im Randbereich 4 selbstklebende Streifen oder Löcher 6 zur Aufnahme von Spanneinrichtungen angeordnet sein. Im Randbereich 9 kann die Maske 1 mit Filterlippen bzw. Dichtlippen 10 und/oder Tropfnasen 11 versehen sein.
  • Als Werkstoff für die Maske 1 ist unter anderem Textil, Kunststoff, Metall oder Mineralfasergewebe geeignet. Schwer-oder nichtentflammbare Werkstoffe werden unter Umständen bevorzugt.
  • Der Bodenbelag läßt sich auch an senkrechten Flächen, wie Stellwänden, Wandverkleidungen sowie für Schrank- und -Trennwände verwenden.
  • Zur Erhöhung der Trittschalldämmung kann je nach Bedarf zwischen der Doppelbodenplatte und dem Bodenbelag eine Dämmschicht z.B. Filz, Schaum usw. angeordnet werden (nicht dargestellt).

Claims (10)

1. Bodenbelag für Doppelbodenplatten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einer Maske (1), die allseitig um mehr als die Höhe der Doppelbodenplatte (7) über diese hinausragt, ein Gehbelag (2) angeordnet ist, dessen Bett (3) fest mit der Maske (1) verbunden ist.
2. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske (1) im Bereich des Bettes (3) perforiert ist.
3. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske feuchtigkeitsundurchlässig ausgebildet ist.
4. Bodenbelag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske mit Faltprägungen (5) versehen ist.
5. Bodenbelag nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske Dichtlippen (10) aufweist.
6. Bodenbelag nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske Filterlippen (12) aufweist.
7. Bodenbelag nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske Tropfnasen (11) aufweist.
8. Bodenbelag nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske elektrisch leitend ausgebildet ist.
9. Bodenbelag nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Maske im Randbereich (4) einen selbstklebenden Streifen aufweist.
10. Bodenbelag nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maske im.Randbereich (4) mit Löchern (6) zum Aufnehmen von Spanneinrichtungen versehen ist.
