Hierdurch kann das Gehäuse auch an solchen Plätzen installiert werden, an denen der nachträgliche Zugriff von der Seite nicht möglich ist, z. B. in Nischen oder ähnlichen Stellen. Zur besseren Formung ist dabei die Aussenwand 6 der Dose 1 in Richtung zum Dosenboden verjüngt ausgebildet. Der Deckel 2 liegt mit einem umlaufenden Rand auf dem Dosenrand 3 dichtend auf und besitzt eine diesen Dosenrand 3 umfassende kragenartige Verlängerung 4. An gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten dieser Verlängerung 4 sind Rastnasen 7 angeformt, die bei Aufdrücken des Deckels 2 auf die Dose 1 die Rastnasen 5 verrastend hintergreifen. Bei normalen Installationsgeräten sind für eine zuverlässige Befestigung des Deckels 2 an der Dose 1 nur jeweils zwei Rastnasen 5 bzw. 7 erforderlich Oberhalb der Rastnasen 7 des Deckels 2 sind Ausnehmungen a vorgesehen, die zur Oberfläche des Deckels 2 offen sind. Hierdurch können die Rastnasen 7 des Deckels ebenfalls im normalen Gegenpreßverfahren in einem Press- oder Spritzwerkzeug geformt werden. Gehäuse für elektrische Installationsgeräte bestehend aus einer Dose und einem aus elastischem Werkstoff gebildeten Deckel, der auf dem oberen Dosenrand dichtend aufliegt und diesen mit einer kragenartigen Verlängerung umfaßt, wobei der Deckel mit an gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten der Verlängerung angeformten Rastnasen an korrespondierenden Rastnasen an der Außenseite des oberen Dosenrandes gehalten ist und mit im Bereich der Rastnasen vorgesehenen Eingriffstellen zum Einführen eines die Verrastung lösenden Werkzeuges, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastnasen (5) am Dosenrand (3) über die Aussenwand (6) der Dose (1) vollständig hervorstehen und diese Dosenwand (6) in Richtung zum Dosenboden verjüngt ist und daß die Rastnasen (7) am Deckel (2) durch eine die Oberfläche des Deckels durchdringende Ausnehmung (8) geformt sind und diese Ausnehmung die Eingriffstelle (9) für das Werkzeug (10) bildet.1.)
