Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Anordnung der Förderrinne bei Teilschnittschrämmaschinen, bei welchen die Förderrinne unter dem Schwenkwerk des Schrämarmes hindurchgeführt ist, das vordere Ende der Förderrinne im Bereich des Ladetisches heb-und senkbar angelenkt ist und das hintere Ende derselben höhenverstellbar ist, wobei die Förderrinne aneinander angelenkte Teile aufweist. In der Förderrinne wird das gescHrämte Material von der Laderampe nach hinten gefördert und am hinteren Ende auf einen angeschlossenen Förderer abgeworfen. Je nach der Höheneinstellung der Laderampe verändert sich die Höhenlage des vorderen Endes der Förderrinne und je nach der Höhe des angeschlossenen Förderers muß das hintere Ende verstellt werden. Es ist bekannt, die Förderrinne einteilig auszubilden, wobei sich bei Höhenveränderung der beiden Enden der Förderrinne die Höhe der Förderrinne unterhalb des Schwenk- , werkes verändert. Bei höherer Einstellung der beiden Enden verringert sich somit der freie Durchgangsquerschnitt unter dem Schwenkwerk und es wird die Höhe des freien Durchgangsquerschnittes verringert. Wenn das hintere Ende, d.h. das Abwurfende der Förderrinne, höher eingestellt wird, so wird der freie Durchgangsquerschnitt im Bereich unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes von vorne nach hinten immer niedriger,, so daß die Gefahr besteht, daß sich größere Brocken in diesem Durchgangsquerschnitt verklemmen und die Förderrinne blockiert wird. Es wurde daher bereits vorgeschlagen, die Förderrinne zweiteilig auszubilden und die beiden Teile mittels einer horizontalen Anlenkachse, welche unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes liegt, aneinander anzulenken. Bei einer solchen Ausbildung verringert sich die Höhe des Eintrittsquerschnittes in dem Bereich unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes, wenn die Laderampe höhergestellt wird. Wenn das Abwurfende höhergestellt wird, verringert sich die Höhe des Austrittsquerschnittes aus dem Bereich unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes. Im ersteren Fall werden größere Brocken vor dem Eintritt in den Bereich unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes zurückgehalten und im letzteren Falle kann es auch wieder zu Verklemmungen in dem Durchgangsquerschnitt unterhalb des Bereiches des Schwenkwerkes kommen.The invention relates to an arrangement of the conveyor trough in partial cutting machines, in which the conveyor trough is passed under the swivel mechanism of the cutting arm, the front end of the conveyor trough is articulated in the region of the loading table and the rear end thereof is adjustable in height, the conveyor trough has hinged parts. If the rear end, i.e. the discharge end of the conveyor trough, is set higher, the free passage cross section in the area below the swivel mechanism from front to back becomes ever lower, so that there is a risk that larger chunks get jammed in this passage cross section and the conveyor trough is blocked. It has therefore already been proposed to design the conveyor trough in two parts and to articulate the two parts to one another by means of a horizontal articulation axis which lies below the swivel mechanism. With such a design, the height of the inlet cross section in the area below the swivel mechanism is reduced when the loading ramp is raised. If the discharge end is raised, the height of the outlet cross section from the area below the swivel mechanism is reduced. In the former case, larger chunks are returned before entering the area below the swivel mechanism hold and in the latter case jamming in the passage cross-section below the area of the swivel mechanism can also occur again.
Die Erfindung zielt nun darauf ab, Verklemmungen im Bereich unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes mit Sicherheit zu vermeiden und besteht daher im wesentlichen darin, daß die Förderrinne einen sich unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes erstreckenden ortsfesten Bereich aufweist, an welchen der vordere Teil der Förderrinne und der hintere Teil derselben um horizontale Anlenkachsen schwenkbar angelenkt sind. Dadurch, daß die Förderrinne im Bereich unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes ortsfest angeordnet ist, wird bei Höhenverstellung des vorderen Endes und/oder des Abwurfendes der Förderrinne die Höhe des Durchgangsquerschnittes unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes nicht verändert und es kann vor allem auch nicht zu einer Verklemmung von Brocken im Durchgangsquerschnitt unterhalb des Schwenkwerkes kommen.
