Abstract

The subject of the invention is an automatic locking mechanism for a revolving shutter to protect the latter against unauthorized pulling up from the outside, using a locking device which is moved into the locking position after the revolving-shutter casing has been lowered. Claims (6)

1. Automatic means for securing a roller shutter against unauthorised sliding up from outside, by means of a locking device which, after the roller-shutter shield has been let down, is moved into its locking position, characterised in that
a) there are provided a lateral axial bearing with a round bearing part (11) for a belt pulley (2) and, adjoined thereto, a stationary square bearing pin (8) whose end again takes the form of a round cylinder ;
b) the belt pulley (2) has an annular lateral web (2a) and the cylinder insert capsule (1) has an annular lateral web (1a), the lateral webs (1a, 2a) being of different diameter and engaging coaxially into one another and each having corresponding openings (3) of different width, through which a locking lever (6) pivoted on the cylinder insert capsule (1) engages in force- locking manner ;
c) when the roller-shutter shield has been let down, the pivotable locking lever (6) comes into engagement with a locking element arranged on the bearing pin (8) which is stationary relative to the axis of rotation of the roller-shutter shield.
2. Securing means according to Claim 1, characterised in that the locking lever (6) comes into engagement with a toothed wheel (5) arranged on the stationary bearing pin (8).
3. Securing means according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, characterised in that the pivotable locking lever (6) is brought into engagement with the stationary toothed wheel (5) by a spring (4) provided in or on the cylinder insert capsule (1).
4. Securing means according to Claim 3, characterised in that the spring (4) is a leaf spring which is mounted on a pin (12), arranged parallel to the axis of rotation and provided in the cylinder insert capsule (1), and which acts on the locking lever (6).

Securing means according to Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the pivotable locking lever (6) is designed as a rocker arm and is mounted on a pin (7), arranged parallel to the axis of rotation of the roller-shutter shield and provided in the insert capsule (1), and engages in openings (3) of the annular lateral webs (1a, 2a) of the belt pulley (2) and of the cylinder insert capsule (1).
6. Securing means according to Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the cylinder insert capsule (1) is designed as a pivot bearing for the roller-shutter shaft.
