Claims (4)

1. Corps de nettoyage pour le nettoyage interne d'échangeurs de chaleur à tubes, notamment de condenseurs de centrale thermique, les corps de nettoyage étant entraînés dans le courant d'eau de refroidissement et poussés automatiquement dans les tubes par le courant d'eau de refroidissement et étant constitués d'éléments en caoutchouc cellulaire de forme sphérique ou cylindrique, adaptés au diamètre des tubes et d'éléments abrasifs qui y sont fixés, caractérisé en ce que les éléments abrasifs sont constitués de soies (2) en matière plastique à pied (3) s'étendant transversalement à l'étendue radiale des soies et sont noyés par ce pied, servant de pied de fixation (3), dans la matière de l'élément en caoutchouc cellulaire (1).
2. Corps de nettoyage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par un agencement en forme de U de chaque élément abrasif, l'âme du U, qui s'étend transversalement, formant le pied de soie 3 noyé dans la matière en caoutchouc cellulaire et les ailes de la forme en U formant respectivement deux tiges de soie (2) radiales.
3. Corps de nettoyage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les soies (2) présentent à l'extrémité se trouvant vers l'intérieur un épaississement en forme de tête d'épingle, la tête d'épingle formant le pied de fixation (3) noyé dans la matière en caoutchouc cellulaire.
4. Corps de nettoyage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs soli-s (2) sont reliées par un support de soies (3a), fabriqué par exemple par injection et s'étendant transversalement aux soies (2), de manière à ce que le support de soies (3a) servant de pied de fixation (3) soit noyé pour chaque groupe de soies (2) dans la matière en caoutchouc cellulaire.
