- DE-A-2 026 502 discloses spherical cleaning bodies for cleaning pipelines with a diameter of up to over 1 m.
- These cleaning bodies are made of an often cellular foam plastic and can have a denser surface made of the same material in order to make this surface more resistant to abrasion.
