  • Sommelier corkscrews are well known, they generally include a flat handle, a pigtail screwing into the corks, an extraction lever resting on the edge of the neck of the bottles and cooperating with the handle to obtain a reduction effect of the extraction effort, and incidentally a bottle opener and an articulated and folding knife blade.
  • corkscrews generally do not allow the cork to be fully extracted by the leverage, there is almost always a small part of the cork engaged in the neck of the bottle whose final extraction is carried out by direct traction exerted in the axis of the neck.
  • the object of the invention is to solve the problem of extracting the entire cork from the bottle by means of a lever which multiplies the extraction force throughout the duration of the latter.
