Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a kit for a substructure made of vertical supporting profiles and horizontal holding profiles for ventilated facades with small-sized facade panels that are curtain-hung in front of buildings.
Such generic substructures have vertical and horizontal, often rod-shaped profiles, which can be made of wood or metal. For wooden substructures, pressure-impregnated slats or squares are usually used, but for reasons of strength, they may only be attached to the building walls in a relatively small grid. If full thermal insulation is to be provided in addition to the curtain wall, wooden substructures are no longer suitable, since the increased distance of the facade panel from the building wall causes loads on the substructure that make a structurally perfect design of the wooden substructure economically unacceptable. In such cases, metal substructures are therefore used, preferably those made of aluminum profiles. However, the known metal substructures intended for small-format facade panels have the disadvantage that they require a large number of fastening elements in the form of dowel connections to the building wall and of rivet connections for the elements of the substructure with one another.
In contrast, the object of the invention is to provide a substructure with a holding profile, which can be fastened horizontally and to the holder on known from vertically to be arranged profile elements of a metal substructure, consisting of wall profiles designed as a sliding and fixed point, if necessary spacers and center supports small-sized facade panels. This should make it possible, even for small format Facade panels to create a substructure that ensures full thermal insulation and whose vertical holding elements can be arranged at a greater distance from one another than is the case with wooden substructures.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the holding profile used to hold the facade panels is generally U-shaped in such a way that the outer facade web and the holding web are arranged parallel to one another and the central web is arranged at an oblique angle to the facade web and the holding web such that the free one End portion of the retaining web is designed to project beyond the end portion of the facade web, and that corrugated spacer webs are arranged on the outer surface of the holding web and the facade web parallel to the longitudinal axis of the holding profile at a distance from one another.

The holding profile is approximately U-shaped and has an
Another substructure 1a is shown in FIGS. 3 to 5b ' . In this
To fasten a
If the
In the area of corner sections of abutting
In the illustrated in Fig. 6 outer corner between the supporting
The use of the holding
