Die Erfindung betrifft eine Glaskeramik-Kochfeldeinheit zum direkten Einbau in eine Arbeitsplatte. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe im Sinne der Erfindung dadurch, daß eine Kochfeldeinheit geschaffen wird, bestehend aus einem Montagerahmen und dem eigentlichen Kochfeld,die gegenseitig maßlich und funktionell aufeinander so abgestimmt sind, daß nach Einbau - mit leicht zu realisierenden Einbautoleranzen - des Montagerahmens in den Ausschnitt der Arbeitsplatte das Kochfeld über Federelemente durch Verstelleinrichtungen längs des Kochfeldumfanges in Richtung auf den Montagerahmen so lange nach unten gezogen werden kann, bis die Kanten der Rochfläche und die Kanten des Arbeitsplattrnausschnittes in einem bestimmten, vorgewählten Höhenabstand zueinander liegen. Hierdurch kann nicht nur problemlos ein flächenbündiger Einbau erreicht werden, sondern auch Lösungen, bei denen die Kochflächenkanten definiert unterhalb oder oberhalb der Kanten des Arbeitsplattenausschnitts liegen, was zusätzliche Gebrauchsvorteile ermöglicht. Durch diese umlaufend in den unteren Schenkeln des Montagerahmens (4) befindlichen Bohrungen werden Schrauben (6) geführt und mit diesen das Kochfeld, welches an gleicher Stelle wie die Bohrungen des Montagerahmens Schraubmuttern oder dergleichen enthält, nach unten angeschraubt. Durch die Federelemente (5) wird hierbei sichergestellt, daß eine kraftschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Kochfeld (1) und Montagerahmen (4) entsteht. Die Schrauben (6) werden umlaufend gleichmäßig solange angezogen, bis die Kochflächenkanten flächenbündig mit den umlaufenden Kanten (11) des Arbeitsplattenausschnitts liegen. Dieses Ausnivellieren kann einfach, z.B. mit einem Lineal,erfolgen. Nach dem zuvor geschilderten Einbau des Kochfeldes wird anschließend, beispielsweise mit einem temperaturstabilen dauerelastischen Silikonkleber, die Fuge zwischen der Kochfläche und der Arbeitsplatte verfugt. Wird vor dem Verfugen auf die umlaufende Innenfläche des Arbeitsplattenausschnittes ein geeignetes Trennmittel aufgebracht, so wird durch das Verfugen zwar eine hinreichende Feuchtigkeitsdichtung erreicht, aber keine mechanisch feste Verbindung, so daß beim Lösen der Schrauben (6) die Federelemente (5) das Kochfeld selbständig ohne weitere Zusatzmaßnahmen nach oben aus dem Arbeitsplattenausschnitt herausdrücken. Für Service-Zwecke oder zum Auswechseln der Kochfelder ist diese Möglichkeit des "nach oben abnehmbaren" Kochfeldes sehr vorteilhaft. Ist, wie in Bild 2 dargestellt, der Muldenrahmen (7) des Kochfeldes (1) zweigeteilt (7a, 7b), so läßt sich durch Lösen der Schrauben (14) die Kochfläche alleine "nach ohen" abnehmen, wodurch die Heizkörper, Anschlußleitungen und sonstige evtl.
