Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Montageprofilleiste für Glaskeramikkochfelder mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a mounting profile strip for glass ceramic hobs with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Es ist bekannt, Glaskeramikkochfelder in umfangsgeschlossene Ausschnitte von Arbeitsplatten eines Möbelstückes, insbesondere eines Küchenmöbels einzubauen. Dabei werden im Prinzip zwei verschiedene Einbauarten angewandt. Auf dem nach unten folgenden zweiten horizontalen Flansch liegt die Glaskeramikplatte mit ihrem Rand auf, wobei zwischen dem Rand der Platte und dem erwähnten Horizontalflansch des Rahmens ein händisch aufgebrachtes Silikonband liegt. Zwischen dem vertikalen Steg des Rahmens und dem Rand der Platte verbleibt dabei ein ca. 2 - 4 mm breiter Spalt, der bei der fabriksseitigen Montage des Glaskeramikkochfeldes ebenfalls händisch mit einer Silikonmasse ausgefüllt und abgespachtelt wird. Das ist ein sehr aufwendiges und damit teures Herstellungsverfahren, dennoch ist diese Maßnahme heute üblich.A frame is used for the other type of installation. Eine andere Einbaukonstruktion mit einem Rahmen sieht eine im Querschnitt T-förmige Metallprofilleiste vor, wobei der eine obere Flanschteil den Rand des Ausschnittes in der Arbeitsplatte für die Aufnahme des Kochfeldes übergreift und der andere Flanschteil den Rand der Glaskeramikplatte. Am vertikalen Steg dieser Metallprofilleiste, und zwar in dessen unteren Bereich, sind vereinzelt Öffnungen eingestanzt, in welche ein L-förmiger schmaler Bügel einhängbar ist, wobei der eine horizontale Schenkel dieses Bügels eine Gewindebohrung trägt zur Aufnahme einer Stellschraube. Zwischen der Glaskeramikplatte und der erwähnten Stellschraube, deren Achse vertikal steht, liegt ein aus einem Blechstreifen gebogener, umfangsgeschlossener Rahmen mit U-förmigem Querschnittsprofil, wobei die parallelen Schenkel des U-Profiles horizontal liegen und der eine Schenkel von unten am Rand der Glaskeramikplatte anliegt, der andere Schenkel hingegen liegt auf der Stellschraube auf. Diese Einbauart hat sich zwar durchaus bewährt und erfüllt die ihr zugedachte Funktion, ihr Nachteil liegt jedoch im konstruktiven Aufwand und der damit verbundenen teuren Montage.Another built-in construction with a frame provides a metal profile strip with a T-shaped cross-section, one upper flange part overlapping the edge of the cutout in the worktop for receiving the hob and the other flange part the edge of the glass ceramic plate. Ausgehend vom letztbesprochenen Stand der Technik zielt die Erfindung darauf ab, eine rahmenbehaftete Einbauart der eingangs erwähnten Konstruktion zu vereinfachen und damit die Herstellung zu verbilligen, ohne dadurch die Funktionsfähigkeit der Konstruktion zu beeinträchtigen. Die in Fig. 1 in Schrägsicht gezeigte Montageprofilleiste 1 besitzt einen vertikalen Steg 2, an dessen oberem Ende ein horizontaler Flansch 3 vorgesehen ist, der sich zu beiden Seiten dieses Steges 2 erstreckt. Am unteren Ende dieses vertikalen Steges 2 ist ein weiterer Horizontalflansch 5 angeformt, der schmäler ist als der eine Flanschteil des oberen Flansches 3. Auf der Seite des Steges 2, auf der der schmale Horizontalflansch 5 vorgesehen ist, ist ein weiterer, horizontaler Flansch 4 angeformt und einstückig mit dem Steg 2 ausgebildet, und zwar in einem Abstand A, der im wesentlichen der Stärke 5 der Glaskeramikplatte 6 entspricht. Dieser Flansch 4 ist etwa so breit, wie der über ihm angeordnete Flanschteil des horizontalen Flansches 3. Diese Montageprofilleiste kann aus einem geeigneten Kunststoff gefertigt sein, aber auch aus metallischen Werkstoffen. Bezüglich des vertikalen Steges 3 ist der horizontale obere Flansch 3 im wesentlichen symmetrisch gestaltet. Die paarweise, am vertikalen Steg 2 im oberen Bereich vorgesehenen, horizontalen Flansche bzw. Flanschteile nehmen zwischen sich den Rand der Glaskeramikplatte auf, wobei hier in dieser durch diese Flansche gebildeten Nut noch zusätzlich ein elastisches Band eingelegt sein könnte, das hier jedoch nicht dargestellt ist. Der eine Flanschteil des horizontalen Flansches 3 übergreift den Rand des Ausschnittes 8 der Arbeitsplatte 7, er liegt auf dieser unter Zwischenschaltung eines Dichtbandes 9 auf. Die flache, schachtelartige Mulde 10 mit dem aufgebördelten Rand 11 liegt zwischen dem vertikalen Steg 2 der Montageprofilleiste 1 und der seitlichen Wange 12 des Ausschnittes 8 und ist von unten her mit dem Horizontalflansch 5 ver schraubt. In dieser Mulde 10 sind die Heizkörper angeordnet. Die Montageprofilleiste 1 kann in herkömmlicher Weise als Stangenware extrudiert werden, sei es aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, sei es aus einem Kunststoff. Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung werden entsprechend lange Rahmenschenkel auf Gärung geschnitten und dann an der Glaskeramikplatte 6 montiert und dabei zu einem unfangsgeschlossenen Rahmen zusammengefügt. Besonders vorteilhaft ist es aber, den aus dieser Montageprofilleiste 1 gebildete Rahmen als einstükkiges Bauelement direkt an den Rand der Glaskeramikplatte in einem Arbeitsvorgang anzuspritzen, so daß in diesem einen Arbeitsvorgang einerseits das Profil und andererseits der daraus gefertigte Rahmen gleichzeitig hergestellt werden.The mounting profile strip 1 can be extruded in a conventional manner as a log, be it from a metallic material or be it from a plastic. Die vorschlagsgemäße Konstruktion verbilligt und vereinfacht nicht nur die Montage selbst, auch die Vorbereitungsarbeiten können vereinfacht und damit verbilligt werden. Üblicherweise werden für die bisherigen aufwendigen Montageverfahren die rohen Glaskeramikplatten nicht nur besäumt, sondern auch randseitig geschliffen, um scharfkantige Ränder und kantige Übergänge zu vermeiden, um damit Verletzungsgefahren bei der Handhabung dieser Glaskeramikplatten zu vermeiden. Wenn der Rand der Platte über einen Spritzvorgang mit einem einstückigen Rahmen in einem Arbeitsgang in der oben geschilderten Weise ausgestattet wird, kann der aufwendige und teure Schleifvorgang eingespart werden, auch das Besäumen selbst kann vereinfacht werden, weil hier die erfindungsgemäße Lösung größere Maßtoleranzen kompensieren kann.The proposed construction not only makes the assembly itself cheaper and simpler, it also simplifies the preparation work and thus makes it cheaper.
