Um in Längsteilanlagen einen ausgerichteten Verlauf der Blechstreifen zu erzielen, müssen diese Streifen entsprechend geführt werden, zu welchem Zweck Stützrollen mit Scheiben vorgesehen sind, deren Abstand voneinander der jeweiligen Streifenbreite entspricht, so daß sich durch die auf der Stützrolle angeordneten Scheiben ein Führungskamm für die einzelnen Streifen ergibt. Derartige Vorrichtungen haben sich an sich gut bewährt, doch treten Schwierigkeiten auf, wenn es gilt, die einzelnen Streifen eines längsgeteilten Bandes zwischen die einzelnen Scheiben einzulegen. Beim Einziehen eines neuen Bandes in die Längsteilanlage müssen nämlich die einzelnen Streifen von Hand in die durch die Scheiben auf den Stützrollen gebildeten Führungskämme eingefädelt werden, was nicht nur arbeitsaufwendig, sondern auch gefährlich ist, insbesondere bei dickeren Blechen.In order to achieve an aligned course of the sheet metal strips in slitting lines, these strips must be guided accordingly, for which purpose support rollers with disks are provided whose spacing from one another corresponds to the respective strip width, so that the disks arranged on the support roller provide a guide comb for the individual Streak results. Die durch den verschiebbar gelagerten Schlitten und dessen Antrieb erreichte Verschiebemöglichkeit der Stützrolle quer zu den Längsstreifen gewährleistet ein automatisches Einfädeln der einzelnen Bandstreifen in den Führungskamm, weil durch die Hin- und Herbewegung der Stützrolle die einzelnen Bandstreifen auf alle Fälle zwischen die sie führenden Scheiben gelangen und von den Scheiben auf die Stützrolle abgleiten. Beim Einziehen eines neuen Bandes können daher die Streifenenden ohne besondere Vorkehrungen über die Stützrolle bewegt werden, wobei es unerheblich ist, ob die einzelnen Streifen bereits zwischen die Scheiben gleiten oder aus den Scheiben laufen. Durch die anschließende Querverschiebung des durch die Stützrolle und die Scheiben gebildeten Führungskammes und die damit verbundene Relativbewegung zwischen dem Führungskamm und den Längsstreifen gelangen die Bandstreifen sicher in die Führungsausnehmungen zwischen den Scheiben. Es ist zwar bereits bekannt (US-A-3 848 788), das Treibwalzenpaar eines Treibgerüstes für Blechbänder in einem quer zur Förderrichtung des Blechbandes verschiebbar im Gerüstgestell gelagerten Schlitten vorzusehen, doch kann durch dieses bekannte Treibgerüst die Erfindung nicht nahegelegt werden, weil der das Treibwalzenpaar tragende Schlitten frei verschiebbar und durch Rückzugsfedern belastet ist, so daß bei einem Verlaufen des Blechbandes die Treibrollen durch die vom Band übertragenen Kräfte nach der einen oder anderen Seite ausweichen und das Band wieder zurückführen können. Die Treibrollen bilden daher keine Seitenführungen für das anzutreibende Band, das durch eine vorgeordnete Seitenführung ausgerichtet wird. Da das Band lediglich in den Spalt zwischen den beiden Treibrollen eingezogen werden muß, stellt sich bei dem bekannten Treibgerüst gar nicht die Aufgabe, die einzelnen Streifen eines in Längsstreifen geteilten Blechbandes in einen Führungskamm einzulegen. Um mit Hilfe solcher Führungsvorrichtungen den gewünschten Verlauf der einzelnen Bandstreifen festlegen zu können, muß selbstverständlich die Stützrolle gegenüber der Längsteilanlage ausgerichtet sein. Dies ist bei einer in einem verschiebbar gelagerten Schlitten gehaltenen Stützrolle natürlich nicht von vornherein gegeben. In weiterer Ausbildung der Erfindung kann daher der Schlitten in der Arbeitslage der Stützrolle mit Hilfe einer Rasteinrichtung gegenüber dem Gestell festgestellt werden, wodurch die erforderliche Ausrichtung sichergestellt wird. Besonders einfache Konstruktionsverhältnisse ergeben sich dabei, wenn die Rasteinrichtung aus einem quer zur Schlittenbewegung verstellbaren Bolzen besteht, der in eine entsprechende Schlittenausnehmung eingreift. Über einen entsprechenden Stelltrieb kann der Schlitten mit Hilfe eines solchen Bolzens einfach und rasch gegenüber dem Gestell verriegelt werden.In order to be able to determine the desired course of the individual strip strips with the aid of such guide devices, the support roller must of course be aligned with the slitting line. Die dargestellte Vorrichtung zur Führung der einzelnen Streifen 1 eines in Längsstreifen geteilten Blechbandes besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Gestell 2, in dem ein Schlitten 3 mit einer Stützrolle 4 für die Streifen 1 quer zu diesen hin- und herverschiebbar gelagert ist. Die Stützrolle 4, die in am Schlitten 3 angeordneten Lagerböcken 5 gehalten ist, trägt Scheiben 6, deren Abstand voneinander durch Distanzhülsen 7 festgelegt ist.
