Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von bitumen- überzogenen Produkten für Straßenbeläge ausgehend von flüssigen Bitumenbindemitteln und granulierten Produkten, die aus wiederverwerteten, von abgenützten Straßendekken herrührenden Straßenbelägen und neuen Zuschlagstoffen bestehen, wobei das Mengenverhältnis zwischen wiederverwerteten Straßenbelägen und neuen Zuschlagstoffen innerhalb eines Bereiches von 0-100 % liegen kann, mit einer Trommel (1) von zylindrischer Form, die drehbar um ihre Längsachse auf einer Plattform bzw. Grundplatte montiert ist und die einer Drehantriebseinrichtung und einer Granulatzufuhreinrichtung an einem der Enden der Trommel (1) zugeordnet ist, das als Einlaßende (2) für die Produkte bezeichnet wird und eine Einführungszone (10) für die von der Zufuhreinrichtung (3) zugeführten Produkte dem Einlaßende (2) folgend besitzt, in welcher Zone die Trommel (1) mit spiralförmigen Flügeln (14) für die rasche Einführung der Produkte in die Trommel (1) versehen ist, wobei ein Brenner (4) von der Stirnfläche des Einlaßendes (2) aus axial in die Trommel ragt, mit einer Trocken- und Isolierungszone (12), in welcher die Innenfläche der Trommel (1) mit Hebeeinrichtungen (20, 21) versehen ist, welche das Hochheben der granulierten Materialien bis zum oberen Abschnitt der Trommel (1) während ihrer Drehung und die Bildung eines kontinuierlichen Schirmes aus zurückfallenden Materialien zulassen, welcher die Flamme (5) des Brenners (4) gegen die nachfolgende Zone (13) der Trommel isoliert, welche eine Mischzone mit heißer Atmosphäre ist, in welcher die Trommel mit Hebeeinrichtungen (26) zum Heben der Produkte und ihr Zurückfallen über den gesamten Querschnitt der Trommel versehen ist und an deren Einlaß eine Zufuhreinrichtung (6) für flüssiges Bitumenbindemittel mündet, und schließlich mit einer feststehenden Kammer (16) zum Austragen der umhüllten Produkte bzw. Straßenbelagprodukte und der Gase (27), die innerhalb der Trommel (1) zirkulieren, welche Kammer mit dem Auslaßende der Trommel (1) kommuniziert, wobei die Trommel (1) von ihrem Einlaßende bis zu ihrem Auslaßende geneigt ist, um die Zirkulation bzw. Weiterbewegung der Produkte zu gewährleisten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trommel (1) weiters zwischen der Einführungszone (10) und der Isolier- und Trockenzone (12) eine Übertragungs-und Heizzone (11) für die granulierten Materialien besitzt, in welcher die Innenfläche der Trommel (1) mit Flügelstummeln (17) versehen ist, die spiralförmig an der Innenfläche der Trommel angeordnet sind, in bezug auf diese Fläche vorspringen und an ihren von der Innenfläche der Trommel entfernt gelegenen Kanten mit Schirmblechen (18) versehen sind, die in Längsrichtung über die gesamte Länge der Übertragungs- und Heizzone (11) angeordnet sind, wobei die Flügel (17) die Rolle von Führungen für die granulierten Materialien, die zwischen der Innenfläche zirkulieren, und von Versteifungen zum Festhalten der Schirmbleche (18) übernehmen, die von der Innenfläche der Trommel (1) entfernt liegen, wobei die Schirmbleche (18) einander entlang ihren seitlichen angrenzenden Rändern (19) überdecken und einen Zwischenraum bzw. Spalt zwischen den angrenzenden Rändern (19) bilden und daß die Hebeeinrichtungen (20, 21) der Isolier-und Trockenzone (12) in mehreren Sätzen winkelversetzt innerhalb der Trommel (1) angeordnet sind.
2. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von überzogenen Produkten bzw. Straßenbelagprodukten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schirmbleche (18) flache Bleche sind, deren einer Rand (19) zum Inneren der Trommel (1) zu umgebogen ist und daß sie so angeordnet sind, daß der umgebogene Rand (19) eines Bleches (18) leicht den nicht umgebogenen Rand des angrenzenden Bleches überdeckt.
3. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von überzogenen Produkten bzw. Straßenbelagprodukten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schirmbleche (18) in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Achse der Trommel oder einem Transversalschnitt einen L-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
4. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von überzogenen Produkten bzw. Straßenbelagprodukten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schirmbleche (18) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
5. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von überzogenen Produkten bzw. Straßenbelagprodukten nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufuhreinrichtung (3) für granulierte Produkte ein Förderband umfaßt, das einer Wägeeinrichtung zugeordnet ist, welche gleichzeitig die neuen Zuschlagstoffe und die wiederverwerteten Materialien aufnimmt.
