Claims (7)

1. Wärmetauscher, enthaltend eine Vielzahl von Rohren (3) mit Flachquerschnitt, die aus Metall gebildet sind und das Durchfließen eines Wärmeübertragungsmittels durch die Rohre ermöglichen, wobei mindestens eine Seitenwand jedes Rohres (3) darin Riffelungen (3A) aufweist, die sich quer zu der Längsachse des Rohres (3) erstrecken, und Rippen (5), die sich zwischen den Rohren (3) erstrecken und mit den Riffelungen in Thermokontakt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riffelungen (3A) gleichförmig sind und jeweils eine Höhe haben, die kleiner als die Wanddicke des Rohres (3) ist, und daß die Rippen (5) mit der Oberseite der Riffelungen (3A) im Eingriff stehen und daran befestigt sind.
2. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippen (5) entlang der Hauptabmessung des Rohres (3) durch Schweißen mit dem Rohr (3) verbunden worden sind.
3. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reffelungen (3A) jeweils einen dreieckigen Querschnitt haben.
4. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riffelungen (3A) jeweils einen bogenförmigen Querschnitt haben.
5. Wärmetauscher nach Anspruch 1, ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Riffelungen (3A) jeweils einen trapezförmigen Querschnitt haben.
6. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Wärmetauschers, das die folgenden Verfahrensschritte umfaßt:
aufeinanderfolgendes Formen einer Vielzahl von Riffelungen (3A) auf mindestens einer Oberfläche eines einzelnen, ebenen Metallstreifens (10), wobei jede Riffelung (3A) eine von dem Streifen (10) weg gerechnete Höhe hat, die kleiner als die Dicke des Streifens (10) ist, derart, daß die Riffelungen (3A) in einer die Längsachse des Streifens (10) kreuzenden Richtung angeordnet sind;
Biegen des Streifens (10) mit den Vorsprüngen (3A) in eine zylindrische Gestalt und dann Falzen des zylindrischen Körpers;
Aufbringen von Lötmittel auf den gefalzten zylindrischen Körper und Fertigbearbeiten des gelöteten zylindrischen Körpers in die Form eines flachen, röhrenförmigen Körpers (3) und
Anschweißen oder Anlöten der gewellten Rippen (5) an den flachen, röhrenförmigen Körper (3) entlang seiner Längsachse an einer ebenen Seite.
