Abstract

L'emballage constitue d'une feuille emboutie, pour oeufs, fruits ou objets analogues, comprend deux parties (1, 2) formees de facon pratiquement identique, reliees de preference par une entretoise (3) et presentant des cuvettes pour le logement de la marchandise a emballer. Les deux parties de l'emballage (1, 2) sont reliees l'une a l'autre par collage, soudage ou analogue le long d'un bord. Une zone de l'emballage presente une ligne de dechirure, une rainure d'affaiblissement, une perforation (8) ou analogue. Les portions reliees par collage, soudage ou analogue font saillie au-dessus du bord (4, 5) des parties de l'emballage (1, 2). Ce bord, qui presente la ligne de dechirure, 1a rainure d'affaiblissement, la perforation (8) ou analogue presente des rebords (6, 7) disposes de preference en face de l'entretoise (3) de liaison des deux parties (1, 2) de l'emballage. Dans une forme d'execution preferee, les rebords (7) presentent une languette de dechirure (13).

Claims (2)

1. Emballage en une feuille de matière plastique emboutie destiné à recevoir des oeufs, des fruits ou des objets analogues, constitué de deux moitiés (1, 2) de constitution sensiblement identique, reliée de préférence l'une à l'autre par un rebord et ayant des godets de réception du produit à emballer et des excroissances pénétrant l'une dans l'autre à la manière d'un bouton-pression, les moitiés de l'emballage (1, 2) étant reliées l'une à l'autre sur des sections de leurs bords (4, 5) par collage, par soudage ou par un procédé analogue et dans les régions de ces sections sont prévues des parties de l'emballage ayant une ligne de déchirure, une gorge d'affaiblissement, une perforation (8) ou une zone d'affaiblissement analogue, caractérisé en ce que les sections reliées entre elles par collage, par soudage ou par un procédé analogue sont constituées de pattes (6, 7), qui sont en saillie du bord (4, 5) des moitiés de l'emballage (1, 2), qui sont reliées à ce bord (4, 5) au moyen d'une ligne de déchirure, d'une gorge d'affaiblissement, d'une perforation (8) ou d'une zone d'affaiblissement analogue et qui se trouvent, de préférence, en face du rebord (3) reliant les deux moitiés de l'emballage (1, 2).
2. Emballage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des pattes (6, 7) est munie d'une languette de déchirure (12, 13).
