Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine aus einzelnen stumpf aneinandergereihten Dielen bestehende Arbeitsbühne bei Gerüsten, insbesondere Stahlrohrgerüsten, bei der die Dielen mit Hilfe von an ihren Enden fest angeordneten Haken an den Querriegeln des Gerüstes abstützbar und mittels einer Verriegelungseinrichtung an den Querriegeln verriegelbar sind.The invention relates to a working platform consisting of individual butt-jointed planks for scaffolding, in particular tubular steel scaffolding, in which the planks can be supported on the crossbars of the scaffolding with the aid of hooks fixedly arranged at their ends and can be locked on the crossbars by means of a locking device.
Bei einer bekannten Arbeitsbühne (französisches Patent 2083430) besteht die Verriegelungseinrichtung aus einzelnen an beiden Enden der Dielen verschwenkbar angeordneten Riegeln. Diese liegen in der Riegellage unter ihrem Schwergewicht am Umfang eines Querriegels so an, daß im Zusammenwirken mit den Haken der Dielen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Dielen von dem Querriegel verhütet ist. Eine derartige Verriegelungseinrichtung hat jedoch einen wesentlichen Nachteil, der darin zu erblicken ist, daß eine jede Diele an beiden Enden mit den Riegeln versehen werden muß und daß die Riegel von Hand betätigt werden müssen. Der Auf- und Abbau eines Gerüstes ist hierdurch relativ zeitaufwendig. Es läßt sich ferner nicht ausschließen, daß die Riegel an den Gelenken bei vornehmlich im Freien erstellten Gerüsten mit der Zeit Rost ansetzen, wodurch zum Betätigen der Riegel auf diese möglicherweise Hammerschläge ausgeübt werden müssen. Der Auf- und Abbau des Gerüstes erfordert für diesen Fall noch einen größeren Zeitaufwand, als er durch die Betätigung der Riegel ohnehin schon erforderlich ist.In a known work platform (French patent 2083430), the locking device consists of individual bars arranged pivotably at both ends of the boards. Der durch die Erfindung erreichte Vorteil ist darin zu erblicken, daß sich die Dielen beim Erstellen der Arbeitsbühne, d. h. beim Abstützen der Dielen an die Querriegel des Gerüstes, selbsttätig an den Querriegeln gegenseitig verriegeln. Es brauchen lediglich, nachdem sämtliche Dielen an den Querriegeln abgestützt sind, die an den beiden Enden der Arbeitsbühne befindlichen Dielen, also die erste und die letzte Diele, an den zugeordneten Querriegeln in geeigneter Weise gesichert zu werden. Die Arbeitsbühne ist hiernach vor unbeabsichtigtem Abheben von den Querriegeln gesichert. In ebenso einfacher Weise lassen sich die Dielen wieder von den Querriegeln lösen, nachdem zuvor die an den beiden Enden der Arbeitsbühne befindlichen beiden Dielen von den ihnen zugeordneten Querriegeln entriegelt worden sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Verriegelungseinrichtung ermöglicht somit gegenüber der bekannten Verriegelungseinrichtung einen schnelleren Auf- und Abbau des Gerüstes.The advantage achieved by the invention can be seen in the fact that the planks when creating the working platform, i. Bei dieser Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die Dielen auf den Querriegeln des Gerüstes unter der Voraussetzung gesichert, daß das Gerüst üblicherweise durch Längsriegel versteift ist. Denn es läßt sich anderenfalls nicht mit letzter Sicherheit ausschließen, daß sich die Dielen bei an der Arbeitsbühne angreifenden Zugkräften voneinander lösen, indem sich die auf den konsolenartigen Vorsprüngen abgestützten Haken von den Vorsprüngen abheben und zusammen mit den benachbarten Haken von den Querriegeln abrutschen.In this embodiment of the invention, the planks are secured on the crossbars of the scaffold provided that the scaffold is usually stiffened by longitudinal bars. Bei dem in den Fig. 1-3 der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sind mit 1, 2 zwei Dielen der Arbeitsbühne bei einem Stahlrohrgerüst bezeichnet. Diese sind an beider. Enden mit Beschlägen 3, 4 versehen, die mittels Nieten 5 mit den Dielen 1, 2 fest verbunden sind. Die Dielen 1, 2 weisen an beiden Enden zwei Haken 6, 6' auf, von denen die an dem einen Ende der Dielen 1, 2 angeordneten Haken 6 zu den an dem anderen Ende der Dielen 1, 2 angeordneten Haken 6' versetzt sind und mit denen die Dielen 1, 2 an Querriegeln 7, 7' des Gerüstes abstützbar sind. Neben den Haken 6 sind zwei konsolenartige Vorsprünge 8 angeordnet. Die einseitig angehobene Diele 1 wird mit ihren an ihrem einen Ende befindlichen Haken 6' an den in Fig. 2 gestrichelt dargestellten Querriegel 7' des Gerüstes angesetzt und hiernach in die Horizontale verschwenkt, wobei sie mit den einen Enden der Haken 6' den Querriegel 7' untergreift. Es stützt sich ferner die Diele 1 in dieser Lage mit den an ihrem anderen Ende befindlichen Haken 6 an dem nächstfolgenden Querriegel 7 ab. Hiernach wird eine einseitig angehobene Diele 2 mit den einen Enden der an ihrem einen Ende befindlichen Haken 6' auf die konsolenartigen Vorsprünge 8 der benachbarten Diele 1 aufgesetzt und sodann so weit in die Horizontale verschwenkt, bis die Haken 6' mit ihren anderen Enden den Querriegel 7 untergriffen haben (Fig. 3). Die Diele 2 stützt sich dabei in dieser Lage mit den an ihrem anderen Ende befindlichen Haken 6 auf dem nächstfolgenden Querriegel ab. In gleicher Weise erfolgt die Montage der übrigen Dielen der Arbeitsbühne. Die erste sowie die letzte Diele der Arbeitsbühne werden sodann auf den ihnen zugeordneten Querriegeln in geeigneter Weise gesichert. Hiernach sind sämtliche Dielen der Arbeitsbühne gegen unbeabsichtigtes Abheben von den Querriegeln bei einem Gerüst, das durch Längsriegel versteift ist, gesichert.The one-sided raised
Bei dem in den Fig.4 und 5 der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sind die mit 8' bezeichneten Vorsprünge an den Dielen 1, 2 bzw. an den Beschlägen 3, 4 so angeordnet, daß sie diejenigen Enden der Haken 6", mit denen die Haken 6" den Querriegel 7 untergreifen, in Abstand von den Enden untergreifen. Der Abstand ist dabei so bemessen, daß die Dielen 1, 2 ohne Behinderung durch die Vorsprünge 8' montiert bzw. demontiert werden können.
