Description
Die Neuerung betrifft eine Arbeitsstück-Führungsvorrichtung, insbesondere Faltvorrichtung zum nähgerechten Falten eines Paspelstreifens zur Herstellung eines Tascheneingriffes ohne Patte mit Mitteln zur Festlegung der Länge der auf einer nachgeschalteten Nähmaschine zu nähenden Naht.The innovation relates to a work piece guide device, in particular a folding device for the appropriate folding of a piping strip for producing a pocket opening without flap with means for determining the length of the seam to be sewn on a downstream sewing machine.
Zur Herstellung von paspelierten Tascheneingriffen werden bekanntlich Zweinadel-Nähmaschinen eingesetzt, die mit Messern zum Aufschlitzen der Taschenöffnung sowie für das Anbringen der V-förmigen Einschnitte an den Enden derselben ausgerüstet sind. Zur nähgerechten Vorbereitung des Paspelstreifens ist einer solchen Nähmaschine eine Faltvorrichtung vorgeschaltet. Die Länge der zu nähenden Naht ist bei einfacher Fertigung durch Anzeichnen des Nahtanfanges sowie des Nahtendes auf dem Stoff bestimmt. Die Näherin kann somit den gefalteten Paspelstreifen in bekannter Weise exakt aufnähen, wobei sie zum Nahtende hin die Nähgeschwindigkeit verlangsamen muß, damit sie ihre besondere Aufmerksamkeit auf das korrekte Erreichen der Nahtendmarkierung richten kann. Es ist aber auch eine teil -automatisierte Nähanlage mit vorgeschalteter Faltvorrichtung bekannt, mittels der bei optimaler Nähgeschwindigkeit ohne menschliche Einwirkung auf den Nähvorgang Nähte an paspelierten Tascheneingriffen mit aufgesetzter Patte genäht werden können. Zu diesem Zweck wird der Durchlauf der hinteren Kante der Patte zwischen Faltvorrichtung und Nähstelle mittels einer Reflex-Lichtschranke erfaßt und sodann ein voreinstellbarer Stichzähler aktiviert, der die bis zum Nahtende hin noch zu nähende, relativ geringe Anzahl Stiche abzählt und sodann die Stillsetzung der Nähmaschine selbsttätig bewirkt. Um Paspeltaschen ohne Patte ebenfalls in einer solchen teil-automatisierten Fertigungsweise herstellen zu können, war es bisher mangels einer durch eine Reflex -Lichtschranke abtastbaren Kante im Bereich der zu nähenden Naht notwendig, den Stichzähler für das Abzählen der Stiche der gesamten Naht einzusetzen. Hierbei kann es zu nicht mehr tolerierbaren Abweichungen der tatsächlich genähten Naht von ihrer vorgegebenen Sollmaßlänge kommen, deren Ursachen z. B. unterschiedliches Transportverhalten des Nähgutes, individuell verschiedene Handführung desselben u. a. sein können. Es besteht jedoch ein Bedarf, auch Tascheneingriffe ohne Patte oder ähnliche Näharbeiten ohne Einfluß der erwähnten Störfaktoren in der geschilderten teil-automatisierten Fertigungsweise auszuführen. Der Erfindung liegt die technische Aufgabe zugrunde, eine gattungsgemäße Arbeitsstück-Führungsvorrichtung derart auszubilden, daß im Zusammenwirken mit einem Stichzähler die exakte Nahtlängenbestimmung - insbesondere die genaue Länge des letzten Nahtabschnitts - auch dann möglich ist, wenn keine abtastbare Kante am Arbeitsstück, z. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Neuerung wird an einer Faltvorrichtung zum nähgerechten Vorbereiten eines Paspelstreifens zur Herstellung eines Tascheneingriffes ohne Patte auf einer nachgeschalteten Nähmaschine mit Hilfe beigegebener Zeichnungen nachstehend beschrieben.

Mit der Bezugszahl 1 wird eine an sich bekannte Faltvorrichtung für Paspelstreifen bezeichnet, in welcher der Paspelstreifen beim Durchlauf längs zweckmäßig geformter Bleche entsprechend, z. B. U-förmig, gefaltet wird. An die Faltvorrichtung mit entsprechend bezeichnetem Ein- und Auslaufende schließt sich eine handelsübliche Zweinadel-Nähmaschine an, die mit einem zwischen den Nadeln in vertikaler Richtung hin- und herbewegtem Messer sowie mit Messern für die V-förmigen Einschnitte an den Nahtenden ausgrüstet ist, um paspelierte Tascheneingriffe herstellen zu können. Die Faltvorrichtung ist entweder an der Maschinen-Grundplatte befestigt oder schwenkbar am Kopf der Nähmaschine angebracht. Die Tülle 2 der Faltvorrichtung wird im Bereich ihres Auslaufes von einem Halteblech 3 überragt, an welchem der Sender 4 und Empfänger 5 einer Durchlichtschranke befestigt ist. Zur Aufnahme, der zu derselben führenden Kabel 9 und 9" sind seitlich längs der Tülle 2 die Führungsrohre 8 und 8' fest angebracht. Ein vom Sender 4 ausgesandter Strahl kann durch in den Wandungen der Tülle 2 befindliche Löcher auf den Empfänger 5 treffen (Fig. 2), sofern sich kein Paspelstreifen mehr im Auslaufbereich der Tülle 2 befindet. Die dort befindliche übliche Faltzunge 6 behindert die einwandfreie Funktion der Lichtschranke 4, 5 nicht, welches mit bekannten Mitteln durch entsprechende Strahlenbündelung erreichbar ist. Während des Nähens wird der Paspelstreifen durch die Vorschuborgane der Nähmaschine durch die Tülle 2 der Faltvorrichtung gezogen und der Lichtstrahl der Lichtschranke 4, 5 wird zunächst unterbrochen. Sobald jedoch das hintere Ende des Paspelstreifens die Lichtschranke passiert hat, kann der Strahl des Senders 4 ungehindert auf den Empfänger 5 treffen. Hierdurch wird in üblicher Weise mittels eines elektrischen Signals ein nicht gezeigter, voreinstellbarer elektronischer Stichzähler bekannter Konstruktion aktiviert. Derselbe ist auf die Anzahl der Stiche eingestellt, die erfahrungsgemäß bis zum Nahtende noch genäht werden müssen. Das Nahtende kann also mit optimaler Nähgeschwindigkeit selbsttätig angesteuert werden , worauf die Nähmaschine - wiederum mit bekannten Mitteln - ohne menschlichen Eingriff abgestellt wird. Selbstver- . ständlich können auch andere Funktionen der Nähmaschine zu einem vorgegebenen Zeitpunkt inittels des Stichzählers ausgelöst werden, wenn das Nahtendbereich erreicht ist, z. B. das Nähen eines Endriegels zwecks Nahtendensicherung und/oder die Betätigung des Fadenabschneiders.The
Die Tülle 2 weist in ihrem mittleren Bereich einen Ausbruch auf, durch welchen (Fig. 4) eine Anlegeskala 7 sichtbar wird, die mit einer Gradeinteilung in Millimetern versehen ist. Die Näherin schiebt den Paspelstreifen soweit in die Faltvorrichtung ein, bis die hintere Kante desselben an einer jeweils vorgegebenen Millimeterzahl anliegt. Hierdurch wird die Länge des zu nähenden Tascheneingriffes genau vorbestimmt. Es können durch die Neuerung bei vertretbarem Aufwand Tascheneingriffe ohne Patte sehr präzise hergestellt werden, da auftretende Störeinflüsse sich bei der neuerungsgemäßen Faltvorrichtung mit Mitteln zur Nahtlängenbestimmung nur geringfügig auswirken können und sich innerhalb vertretbarer Toleranzgrenzen halten. Der Grund hierfür liegt in der Tatsache, daß die vom Stichzähler auszuzählende Anzahl der Stiche relativ gering ist. Sie entspricht lediglich der kurzen Nähstrecke zwischen der Lichtschranke am Auslauf der Faltvorrichtung und den Nadeln der Nähmaschine minus dem Maß, um welches der Paspelstreifen über das Nahtende hinausragt. Auf einer solchen kurzen Nähstrecke können sich Störeinflüsse, wie z.
