Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Drosselspule, deren Kernsäulen aus einzelnen, durch unmagnetische Distanzierungen voneinander getrennten, radialgeblechten Pakten besteht und die mit einem rechteckigen oder stufenförmigen Querschnitt aufweisenden Jochen verbunden sind, wobei die Kernsäulen und die Joche zylindrische, fluchtende Ausnehmungen zur Aufnahme von zentralen Zugbolzen aufweisen.The invention relates to a choke coil, the core columns of which consist of individual, radially laminated packages separated from one another by non-magnetic spacing and which are connected with a rectangular or step-shaped cross section, the core columns and the yokes having cylindrical, aligned recesses for receiving central tension bolts.

Bei Drosselspulen, insbesondere bei Kompensationsdrosselspulen wird eine Konstruktion angewandt, bei der die Kernsäulen aus einzelnen radial geblechten Paketen und dazwischen liegenden unmagnetischen Distanzierungen bestehen. Bei Drehstrom-Drosselspulen werden drei, meist in einer Ebene liegende Kernsäulen durch ein unteres und ein oberes Joch, das im einfachsten Fall einen rechteckigen Querschnitt besitzt, abgeschlossen. Sowohl die Kernsäulen als auch die Joche besitzen zylindrische Ausnehmungen, die zur Aufnahme von zentralen Zugbolzen dienen, mit deren Hilfe die gesamte Konstruktion gepreßt und gehalten wird. Durch diese Ausnehmungen entsteht im Joch eine Zone, in der die magnetischen Wege durch die Ausnehmungen für die Zugbolzen unterbrochen sind. Der Magnetfluß, der z. B. von einem Außenschenkel zum anderen geführt werden muß, wird gezwungen, quer zu den Blechen in die Randzonen auszuweichen, wodurch es insbesondere an den Ausnehmungsrändern zu erhöhten Wirbelstromverlusten und zu gefährlichen Erwärmungen kommen kann. Eine bekannte Abhilfemaßnahme ist z. B. die Anbringung von Querjochen, über die der Fluß aus dem Mittelstreifen in die Randzonen geführt wird.In the case of choke coils, in particular in the case of compensation choke coils, a construction is used in which the core columns consist of individual radially laminated packages and non-magnetic spacings in between. Durch die Erfindung ist es erstmals möglich, eine Drosselspule der eingangs genannten Art herzustellen, bei der die Führung des Magnetflusses optimal ist. Es entstehen somit in den Randbereich der Ausnehmungen keine Wirbelstromverluste und auch keine Erwärmungen. Gemäß Fig. 1 besteht die Drehstromdrosselspule aus drei Kernsäulen 1, die aus einzelnen radialgeblechten Paketen 2 aufgebaut sind. Zwischen den einzelnen Paketen 2 sind unmagnetische Distanzierungen 3 angeordnet. Die drei in einer Ebene angeordneten Kernsäulen 1 sind durch ein oberes und ein - nicht dargestelltes - unteres Joch 4 miteinander verbunden. Die Kernsäulen 1, sowie die Joche 4 besitzen zylindrische Ausnehmungen 5. Durch diese keilförmigen Zwischenlagen 7 wird der Magnetfluß kontinuierlich in die nicht unterbrochene Zone der Joche geleitet. Dadurch entstehen weder Wirbelstromverluste, noch kommt es in den Randzonen zu unzulässigen Erwärmungen. Claims (2)

1. Impedance coil, the core columns (1) of which consist of individual radially assembled packets of plates (2) separated from one another by non-magnetic spacers (3) and which are connected to yokes (4) having a rectangular or stepped cross-section, the core columns (1) and the yokes (4) having cylindrical, aligned recesses (5) for the reception of central tie bolts, characterised in that the piles (2) of the core columns (1) adjacent to the yokes (4) have non-magnetic intermediate layers widening (7) in cross-section in a wedge-like manner in the direction of the yokes (4) and the yokes (4) have non-magnetic intermediate layers rectangular (6) in cross-section and that these intermediate layers (6, 7) are arranged in the central region interrupted by the recesses (5).
