Es liegt also nahe,
Fig.2 bezeichnet.
Entsprechend
schmale Jochplatte erforderlich.Three-phase transformer As is known, the use of radial lamination for the wound legs of transformers results in a height for the yokes which is only about 20% of the leg diameter. It therefore makes sense to build three-legged three-phase transformers with radially laminated legs, with the legs penetrating the yokes. In this case, however, the difficulty arises that the yokes are given a large width, because a maximum of 87 ° / a of the phase flux flows in the yoke from one outer leg to the other, bypassing the middle leg. The reason for this is that the flow through the radially laminated leg is impossible in this flow direction. If, however, the transformer is provided with two additional return legs, the phase flow through the yokes is reversed, as in the case of the known five-leg transformers times smaller. Through the narrowest parts of the yoke next to the thighs, only the Phase flow, as can be seen from FIGS. In the diagram of FIG. I, 0 I, 0 1I, 0 III denote the phase fluxes in the legs I, 1I, III of the transformer according to FIG. The river 0 IV flows in the yoke leg IV and the river 0 VI flows through the yoke VI. The flow 0 a at the narrowest point a of the yoke results from the difference in the leg flows and 0 IV. Correspondingly, at the point b in the yoke, the flow O b results from the flow and the river-O VI. As can be seen from the diagram, O a is equal to half of 0 IV and 0 b is equal to half of 0 VI. A relatively narrow yoke plate is now required to let this flow through, which is only about 29 ° / a of the phase flow.
This fact is used according to the invention to the dimensions
of three-phase transformers of greater power so that they can be reduced without difficulty
can be built so that they can be transported by rail.
The invention is a three-phase transformer, the three
radially laminated wound legs standing in one plane and two back yoke legs
and has two yokes each with parallel sheet metal, the stratification of the sheets
in the yoke legs in the leg plane and in the yokes transversely to the leg axes
runs.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing
shown in Fig. 3 in side view and in Fig. 4 in plan view.
welche ebenfalls Parallelblechung besitzen,
radialgeblechten Schenkel I, II, III angepreßt.
With I, II, III the radially laminated legs are again referred to, which carry the windings, not shown, and which are in one plane. The yokes VI a, VI b have parallel BZechung, and the stratification of the sheets of the same runs transversely to the leg axis. The iron back yoke is formed from the legs IV a, IV b and Va, V b, which also have parallel lamination, but the stratification of the sheets in them lies in the leg plane. The yokes VI a, VI b are divided into six parts by mutually perpendicular longitudinal and transverse joints a1, a2, a3 and b1, bz, and these parts are pressed against each other and against the radially laminated legs I, II, III. To press the yoke parts i, 1a, 2, 2. and 3, 3. against the legs I, 1I, III, transverse press screws c are used, which are passed through slots that are provided at half the height of the yokes. The yoke parts are pressed against one another by tightening the longitudinal compression screws dl, d2 with the aid of the yoke legs, which consist of two parts due to the division of the yokes by the longitudinal joints. Flanges e1 to e3 are welded to the yoke legs for attack by the longitudinal expansion screws. For the isolated lead out of high-voltage connections of the windings, sectors f1 to f are left unleaded in the wound legs, and the longitudinal joints between the yoke parts are widened accordingly.
The arrangement according to the invention results from the small yoke width
in connection with the low yoke height extremely favorable dimensional proportions for the
Transformer so that it is possible to use larger three-phase transformers than before
to be able to accommodate in the track profile. The division of the yokes allows theirs
individual pressure on the thighs. The risk of making too much noise
Swinging the yokes can thus be avoided. There are also handy sheet metal formats.
The arrangement of the transverse and longitudinal compression screws requires little space and only a lot
light press beam.
