Dreiphasentransformator.
Three-phase transformer. By using the radial lamination for the wound legs of transformers, it is known that the height for the yokes is only about 20% of the leg diameter. It therefore makes sense to build three-leg three-phase transformers with radially laminated legs, with the legs penetrating the yokes.
However, there is the difficulty that the yokes are given a large width, because in the yoke a maximum of 87% of the phase flow flows from one outer leg to the other, bypassing the middle leg. The reason for this is that it is impossible for the flow to pass through the radially lathed leg in this flow direction.
If, however, the transformer is provided with two additional return legs, then, as with the known five-leg transformers, the flux in the individual yoke sections, which also include the return legs, can be applied to the
EMI0001.0021
bring the value of the phase flux.
In the diagram of FIG. 1, (PI, 'pII, OIII denotes the phase flows in the legs I, 1I, III of the three-phase transformer provided with back-end legs IV "V1.
V, the same flow is present as in the subsequent yoke parts IV, or V ", the following explanations can be limited to the flows in the yoke parts and the main limbs. The flow directions assumed for the consideration are indicated in Fig. 2 by arrows.
For the establishment of the diagram Fig.1, for example, the magnetic resistances were assumed to be the absolute value of the fluxes in the individual yoke parts. IV "VI, VII, V, equal to each other and equal to that
EMI0001.0047
times the value of the phase flows in the legs I, II, III.
Through the yoke cross-section at the narrowest point at A (FIGS. 2 and 4), a flow OA, which is the vector sum of the flow 0, v, and the half phase flow flowing to the left of the plane AA (FIG. 4) in leg I, occurs Zero added, as shown in the diagram Fig.1
EMI0001.0061
can be seen. In a similar way, the yoke flow 013 complements the flows -Ov I and at point B
EMI0001.0065
to zero.
qA and 0. both take an absolute value from
EMI0001.0067
times the value of a phase flow sec of the legs I, II, III, that is to say 29% of the value, and therefore enable a relatively narrow yoke plate.
This fact can be used in order to reduce the dimensions of three-phase transformers according to the invention of greater power so that they can be built so that they can be transported by rail without difficulty.
The subject of the invention is a three-phase transformer, which has three radially laminated, in one plane, wound legs, as well as two return legs and two yokes each with parallel sheet metal, where in the layering of the sheets in the return legs in the leg plane and across the yokes runs to the thigh ax.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei game of the invention 'is shown schematically in Fig. 3 in side view and in Fig. 4 in plan is provided.
yfit I, II, III are again the radially laminated legs which carry the windings not shown and which are in one plane.
The yokes have par allelic sheet metal and the stratification of the sheets of the same runs transversely to the leg axes. The iron backing is formed from the legs IV ", IV" and V ", Vlb, which also have parallel bracing, but the stratification of the sheets in,
them lies in the leg plane. The yokes are divided into 6 parts by longitudinal and transverse joints a1, a "a3 and b1, b2 which are perpendicular to each other and these parts are against each other and against the sheet metal legs I, 1I,
III pressed on. For pressing the yoke parts la, 1b, 2a, 2b and. 3a, 3b against the legs I, II, III are used cross press screws c, which are passed through slots that are provided at half the layer height of the yokes.
The yoke parts are pressed against one another by tightening the longitudinal press screws dl, d2 with the aid of the return legs, which consist of two parts IV "" IVlb due to the subdivision of the yokes by the longitudinal joints. Flanges e to e8 are welded to the return legs for the attack of the longitudinal press screws.
For the isolated lead out of high-voltage connections of the windings, sectors f 1 to f s are left in the sheet metal in the wound's legs and the longitudinal joints between the yoke parts are widened accordingly.
The arrangement according to the invention results in; As a result of the small yoke width in connection with the low yoke height, extremely favorable dimensional ratios for the transformer, so that it is possible to accommodate larger three-phase transformers than before in the rail profile. The division of the yokes allows them to be individually pressed onto the legs.
The risk of excessive noise from rocking the yokes can thus be avoided. There are also 6 handy sheet formats. The arrangement of the transverse and longitudinal press screws requires little space and only very light press beams.
