Claims (4)

1. Gummiervorrichtung für Faser-. Zellulose-. Metall-, Kunststoff- und sonstiges Material in Streifenform für die Herstellung röhrenförmiger Verpackungen, bestehend aus einem Behälter (102), einer Pumpe (103) zum Abziehen des flüssigen Leims aus dem Behälter, einem Metallgerüst (106) als Untersatz, einer ersten Halterung (115. 215) mit Bremsrollen (118.119.120) einer zweiten Halterung (125, 225) mit auswechselbaren Schabern (126, 127, 128), die waagerecht nach einer vorgegebenen longitudinalen Abstufung angeordnet sind, einer dritten Halterung (132. 232) mit Führungsrollen (129, 130, 131), wobei diese Halterungen (115, 215) : (125, 225) : (132. 232) : in einer Reihe aufeinanderfolgend mit Zwischenabständen über dem vorerwähnten Behälter angebracht sind um die zu gimmierenden Streifen (113) beim Durchgang über dem Behälter (102) zu halten, und einem Leimausflussteil (104) über dem Behälter (102) und oberhalb der Halterung (125, 225) mit den Schabern (126. 127. 128) und lotrecht zum Durchgangsweg der Streifen (113), im Zwischenraum, der sich zwischen dieser Schaberhalterung (125, 225) und der vorhergehenden Halterung (115, 215) befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (115, 215); (125, 225) ; (132, 232) und das Ausflussteil (104) im Verhältnis zueinander und im Verhältnis zum Untersatz (106) verstellbar sind um, einerseits, die Länge der Stränge (151, 152, 154, 156) der Streifen (113) zwischen den Halterungen ab Eingang (107) bis zum Ausgang der Gummiervorrichtung (101) und, andererseits, den Berührungspunkt des Leims mit den Streifen (113) in Abhängigkeit zum Leim und zur Art der Streifenmaterialien verändern zu können.

Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (115, 125, 132) drehbar um eine schwenkbare Achse (150. 153, 155) aufgebaut sind, wobei diese Halterungen, respektive, mit Bremsrollen (118, 119, 120), mit Schabern (126, 127, 128) und mit Führungsrollen (129, 130, 131) versehen sind.
3. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (215, 225. 232) sich entlang dem Verlauf der Streifen verschieben lassen.
4. Vorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimausflussteil (104) sich lotrecht zum Verlauf der Streifen verschieben lässt.
