Claims (2)

1. Dichtes Fenster für schräge Dächer, bestehend aus einem auf dem Dach zu befestigenden Rahmen (1), aus einem Fensterflügel (2), der die Verglasung trägt, und aus einem Mechanismus, der das Verschwenken des Fensterflügels (2) in bezug auf den Rahmen (1) um eine horizontale Achse ermöglicht, die im mittleren Rahmenbereich angeordnet ist, wobei dieses Schwenklager das Fenster aus einer geschlossenen Stellung in eine geöffnete Stellung gelangen läßt, indem der anfänglich unten befindliche Teil des Fensterflügels (2) einen Kreis in dem Raum beschreibt, der sich oberhalb der oberen Fläche des Rahmens (1) befindet, wobei der Mechanismus an jeder Seite des Fensters zumindest aus einer horizontalen Schwenkachse (5), einem am Rahmen (1) befestigten Beschlag (6) und einem am Fensterflügel (2) befestigten Beschlag (7) besteht, wobei der Rahmen (1) in seiner oberen Hälfte einen Dichtungsteil (4) aufweist, gegen den der Fensterflügel (2) von unten nach oben andrückbar ist, wobei der Fensterflügel (2) in seiner bei Schließstellung unteren Hälfte einen Dichtungsteil (3) aufweist, der von oben nach unten auf den Rahmen (1) drückbar ist, und wobei die Beschläge (6, 7) die Schwenkachse (5) in einer gleichbleibend festen Position im Verhältnis zum Fensterflügel (2) und zum Rahmen (1) halten, wobei sich die Scwenkachse (5) oberhalb der oberen Ebene des Fensterflügels (2) befindet, wenn dieser geschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende (9) des Dichtungsteils (4) des Rahmens (1) über die Ebene hinaus vorsteht; die senkrecht zur oberen Ebene des Rahmens (1) liegt und durch die Schwenkachse (5) verläuft, wobei der Dichtungsteil (4) oberhalb der Schwenkachse (5) verläuft, während der Dichtungsteil (3) des Fensterflügels (2) unterhalb der Schwenkachse (5) verläuft und sich in einem größeren Abstand zur Schwenkachse (5) befindet als das untere Ende (9) des Dichtungsteils (4) des Rahmens (1), und daß der durch den Rahmen (1) und den an ihm befestigten Beschlag (6) gebildete Aufbau einen Ausschnitt hat, der zum unteren Teil des Daches hin offen und so dimensioniert ist, daß er eine Aufnahme für das obere Ende des Dichtungsteils (3) des Fensterflügels (2) bildet, wenn sich das Fenster in geschlossener Stellung befindet, während der durch den Fensterflügel (2) und den an ihm befestigten Beschlag (7) gebildete Aufbau einen Ausschnitt hat, der, sobald sich der Fensterflügel (2) in der umgeschwenkten Stellung befindet, in Richtung auf den oberen Teil des Daches offen und so dimensioniert ist, daß er eine Aufnahme für das untere Ende (9) des Dichtungsteils (4) des Rahmens (1) bildet.
2. Fenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest der mit dem Rahmen (1) verbundene Dichtungsteil (4) über sein unteres Ende (9) hinausgehend durch einen Schutz- oder Hüllteil (10) verlängert ist, der sich nach unten erstreckt und einen Spalt aufweist, der den Durchtritt des am Fensterflügel (2) befestigten Beschlags (7) zuläßt.
