Die mit der Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, daß bei jedem Einschaltvorgang zunächst eine große Aufheizleistung für den Bratofen zur Verfügung steht, durch die der Bratofen bzw. der Bratraum in einer relativ kurzen Zeitspanne auf etwa 250°C aufgeheizt und nach Erreichen der genannten Temperatur automatisch auf eine kleinere Heizleistung bestehend aus der Unter-und Oberbeheizung zurückgeschaltet wird. Daraus ergibt sich nicht nur der Vorteil einer verkürzten Garzeit insgesamt, sondern das Gargut und zwar insbesondere das Bratgut wird auch bei Einsatz der zeitsparenden Mikrowelleneinrichtung gut durchgebraten, so daß sich die den Geschmack eines Bratens bewirkenden Geschmacks- bzw.
