Abstract
Käesolev leiutis käsitleb meetodit vedelas proovis orgaaniliste analüütide tuvastamiseks ja kvantifitseerimiseks ning analüüsisubstraati analüüdi mõõtmiste tegemiseks. Nimetatud meetodit rakendatakse orgaaniliste analüütide ja mitmekihilisele analüüsisubstraadile immobiliseeritud selektiivsete sidumiskohtade vahelise spetsiifilise interaktsiooni kasutamisel, mis põhineb sellise analüüsisubstraadi fluorestsentsi indutseerimisel ja registreerimisel, biokeemiliste, geneetiliste ja keskkonnaalaste analüüside läbiviimiseks. Leiutise eesmärk on suurendada analüüdi tuvastamise tundlikkust, et määrata korraga proovis nii analüüdi olemasolu kui ka selle kontsentratsioon. Tuvastamine põhineb analüüdi molekuli spetsiifilisel interaktsioonil analüüsisubstraadi pinnale immobiliseeritud mitmekihilisenanostruktuuriga seotud sensormolekuli spetsiifilise sidumiskohaga.
