Abstract
Kasulik mudel käsitleb lasertöötlussüsteemi lauda mittemetalsete läbipaistvate materjalide töötlemiseks, eriti süsteemi metalsete, nt madala kiirgusvõimega materjali kattekihtide eemaldamiseks klaasilt. Lasertöötlussüsteemi laud mittemetalsete läbipaistvate materjalide töötlemiseks laserkiirgusega sisaldab tööpinda, millel on vähemalt üks laua kattekiht töödeldava materjali paigutamiseks, kusjuures vähemalt üks laua kattekiht on valmistatud materjalist, mis on läbipaistev laserkiirguse jaoks lainepikkuste vahemikus 300 kuni 3000 nm ja mis kujutab endast kinnise kärgstruktuuriga elastselt painduvat vahtmaterjali. Tehniline efekt seisneb selles, et materjali töötlemise käigus, näiteks madala kiirgusvõimega materjali kattekihi eemaldamisel klaasitootelt läbi klaasi kulgeva fokusseeritud laserkiirega hajub kiir laua kattekihis täielikult või osaliselt madala energiatiheduse W/cm2 nivooni.
