도 1은 본 고안에 따른 테이블이 사용될 수 있는 레이저 처리 시스템을 개략적으로 보여준다.
도 2는 본 고안에 따른 덮개 층을 갖는 테이블의 지지면의 일부의 확대도이다.
Claims (11)
- 레이저 방사에 의해 비금속성의 투명 재료를 처리하기 위한 테이블에 있어서,
처리된 재료를 위치시키기 위해서 적어도 하나의 덮개 층이 그 위에 구비된 작업면을 포함하고,
상기 적어도 하나의 덮개 층은, 300nm 내지 3000nm의 파장 범위의 레이저를 통과시키고 닫힌 셀 구조를 가진 탄력적으로 신축성 있는 발포 재료로서 구현되는 재료로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 덮개 층의 재료는 1030nm 내지 1120nm 범위의, 바람직하게는, 1070nm의 파장을 가진 펄스 레이저를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 작업면이 그 위에 형성된 프레임으로서 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄력적으로 신축성 있는 발포 재료는 물리적으로 혹은 화학적으로 교차 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄력적으로 신축성 있는 발포 재료는 5 내지 35까지의 발포 다중도(foam multiplicity)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄력적으로 신축성 있는 발포 재료는 20 내지 200kg/m3의 밀도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄력적으로 신축성 있는 발포 재료는 4% 미만의 잔류 변형률을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 탄력적으로 신축성 있는 발포 재료는 페놀론(Penolon)인 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 덮개 층은 1 내지 50mm까지의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 덮개 층은 알루미늄 포일로 지지될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 처리된 재료의 위치될 때 에어 쿠션 효과를 제공하기 위한 시스템을 포함하고, 상기 시스템은 상기 테이블에서 공기 유출구들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블.
